Crap company, rude staff that has no idea how to do a proper job!Don't send you an invoice with the price of the tickets, when I went to pay for the ramaining balance, the staff had no idea of how much I already paid! In the end, I had to pay £230 more because 'he was sure THAT was the original deal! To avoid more stress I just paid for it! The guy who I had the displeasure of speaking with, had a terrible inglish skill, wrote my name all wrong, than tried to blame me for his crappie job performance! Threatened to cancel my ticket (as if I couldn't sue hi's pant's off).Will never use this crap company again.AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!

Used steamond travel to go tobrasil over the past 12 yrs found them very good,in particular the last time.

Late November 2016 we asked 3 companies to quote for a Brazil Holiday, to interface around a16 day Amazon Cruise from Iquitos to Belem we had booked independently with Hapag Lloyd. We wanted flights to Lima (Peru) and accommodation, then 16 days later to be picked up at Belem and transported around Brazil on a 10 day holiday visiting Salvador, Rio de Janerio and Iguazu falls, and fly us back. We walked London to visit the 3 travel agencies we had selected (Rainbow Tours - visited head office but really only an online outfit, Journey Latin America and Steamond Travel). When we walked into 23 Eccleston Street they took our details and what we wanted and essentially said they would pass them on to their Sister Company Worldwide Holidays Direct" in Bournemouth.Rainbow Tours seemed vague

When I had difficulty arranging a complicated itinerary for this summer’s travel, I remembered I had received excellent service from Steamond 15 years ago and returned to see if they could help. I spoke with Mariana, showed her all the different one-way segments I needed to make for me and two other family members (all with different variations of the segments). She said she didn’t think it would be a problem and, within an hour, she emailed three itineraries — one for each of us — with the exact flight dates and times and airlines we had hoped for and at a total price of 700 pounds less that what I was seeing on-line. Subsequently, I have been in touch with regard to some necessary changes and Mariana has been very prompt and efficient in helping to make the changes. I can recommend Mariana and Steamond very highly and will consult them myself for future travel needs.

His knowledge and understanding of flights help is fantastic- and always a very good price. I have worked with 3 different flights specialists over the years and these are the best by far. Never visited the premises, but I have used Steamond's services to book flights to Brazil on a number of occasions. They are always very helpful and keep you informed with up to date information between booking and flying. Pricing is transparent, and the small print is easy to understand
