A Groom With A View Skellingthorpe

My husband took our puppy to A groom with a view for her first groom. I didn’t think they would manage to get anything groomed as she is such a fidget. Dusty came home with a beautiful cut and was told that she was good. That tells me that the staff are professional and very patient. A big WELL DONE and thank you.

I have a 1 year old Miniature Labradoodle, Lottie, that I've had for a month after her owners decided a dog wasn't for them. Her fur was clumping and I couldn't be brushed out so I took her to Groom With A View and they advised a very close trim. Lottie bonded with the staff immediately and showed no signs of anxiety. When I collected her a few hours later she looked really happy and clearly enjoyed the experience. Would highly recommend

Three of us attended a training session with Lindsey at Brian’s Buddies. We thoroughly enjoyed the entire day. We had a variety of dogs to work on and felt at ease the whole time, no pressure, no judgement and everybody was just so friendly. We were made to feel really welcome. Since bringing our rescue dog home last year, we searched for highly rated groomers in the area and A Groom With A View have not disappointed! The staff are very polite and courteous, and we know he's in the best hands possible. Very knowledgeable and happy to do a cut that suits your preferences. We were recently asked to bring our booking forward in order for our boy to be groomed by their academy students and we were more than happy to oblige. He looked and smelled just as good as he usually would! Lindsey and the team are brilliant and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone else! Keep up the fantastic work! ❤

I took my dog here not long ago, and they did a great job of washing and deShedding her. We also got her nails done too. She smelt good, and the coat looked great! Only a couple of issues, once we took her home we had to give her a good rub to get rid of the loose hair and we had to remove some nail bits of her paws. Overall worth the price, staff was polite.

Had my boy in today for a groom.Booked this morning an nabbed a space this afternoon thankfully.Good job smells fresh an he’s dry which most other groomers I’ve used haven’t been able to do so good start.Shame the one girl who took him off me was not all that friendly basically took him an walked in the back with a ill call when he’s done.Also same girl was more interested in setting up the card payment then actually even saying hello when I collected him only spoke as she walked out the room to fetch him and that was to only say he had been good.Shame really as it kinda put a downer on the experience.I have been before a few years back and had the same sort of service of the staff at that time but can’t complain they do the job at least.Good job but bad customer serviceI guess some things don’t change.As a response to my review reply.I feel you response is a little lack.You may have been busy but not even saying hello upon collection and YOU saying what more did you want just goes to show your studio’s attitude with customers tbh.You can blame an apprentice for not knowing about the card machine if there was problems with it but the problem lay in not even speaking to me till she had shoved it across the table to me and was half way through the back door when she finally spoke to say my dog had been good.I mean I wasn’t even told anything other then he had been good once.I feel there’s no need to say more bad customer service and a worse reply to try and not look bad on a bad review.Which is a shame because my dogs smells great but I won’t be back unfortunately.
