Great service from James and the team at Silvawood. I've used them both for our annual log store and also some tree work in the garden.Logs delivered have been great quality, really well seasoned and burn very evenly. No additional chopping to size - just great logs at a great price!Had the team come take out a couple of dead trees and thin a third - brilliant service, done in a day - all branches/leaves cleaned up and taken away, stumps ground and a pile of wood to season off! Excellent facilities

Fantastic firewood and service. After nearly running out of wood, James and his team where more than happy to help. They went out of their way to get me filled up just intime for the cold snap. The wood quality is fantastic.

I always receive excellent service. James arrives on-time and both his logs and kindling are dry and burn well in my stove. I'm a happy customer.

I recently purchased some log nets from Silvawood and I can’t recommend the kiln dried wood highly enough. The wood burns brilliantly in my log burner and I’ll be ordering more shortly.

DO NOT get wood from this person. He states on his invoice that it is seasoned" wood. The Oak is between 25% and 30% and the Ash is upwards of 65% moisture even after stating the wood will be well seasoned. I split the wood and tested with a professional meter only to find this out AFTER he left. He arrived 1 1/2 hours late and offered no apology and left with the money. When called on the phone to explain about this he puts the phone down on you and deletes his wattsapp picture. He left the wood in front of my car so I had to move it and he said if any was missing if and when he came to pick it up I wouldn't get my money back. He insulted the area I lived in and was utterly appalling in attitude and manner towards a paying customer. I will be reporting this to Trading Standards."

First rate service - as usual - from Silvawood. Logs exactly as ordered; a good mix and specific sizes for our log burner. All seasoned correctly and are burning well. We have used Silvawood for a number of years and they have proved totally reliable for all log supplies - on time and a generous load for a fair rate. Very helpful chap and a pleasure to do business with. We have also used them for tree felling in a very difficult location. Again, a job well done. Highly recommended.
