I would like to say a big thank you to Mark Iddles and the conveyancing team at Wollens for handling my house purchase last August, during the SDLT holiday. I was kept updated, and despite emailing a fair number of questions, they were all addressed. The time taken was comparatively quick given the number of restrictions on title, which included a management company and a buy-to-let mortgage. The firm also seemed to have a great relationship with the seller's solicitors based in Brixham, so issues were ironed out promptly and smoothly. Highly recommended.
