I’ve had at least 6/8 marcher pressure washers and none of them last past 12 uses what is wrong with these things? I brought a hd7125 because it’s suppose to be professional quality and even that has gone after 12 uses. And now it £209 to look at it for first hour and then they will tell me how much it would be to fix. £209 an HOUR some business for an inferior machine. People don’t buy these there rubbish.

A big thank you to Craig who dealt with my query when I visited the store on Thursday .I contacted the store on Tuesday and had spoken to both Lewis and Craig on the telephone , who were both extremely helpful.I would like to point out that whilst my product was a Karcher Pressure Washer it was not purchased from them .This however ,was not an issue( as it was still under guarantee ) and Craig tested the item and corrected the fault .A big thank you for your help , patience and understanding whilst dealing with me .See you soon for my next purchase .Claire

Great staff, Reuben really helped and was knowledgeable about the right product I needed. Didn’t need to visit the store I rang in and they sorted everything out and sent me my hose adapter and drain cleaner, great.

I had excellent customer service on my recent visit to the Bristol store. Sujittra was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful and polite. Thank you for helping me fix my problem! :-)

Cannot fault the excellent customer service received from Craig at Karcher when we needed help to purchase a suction hose for use with our K4. And then after sending the wrong part by mistake it took one email for him to have it collected and the new part delivered within a couple of days! Amazing!

You'll never know how much business you lost this morning when you just sat and watched me at the locked front door from your desk in the back lofty corner of the office and watched me walk away... That was the height of arrogance and said everything about your customer service. If you cannot be bothered to walk 50ft to open a locked door when Google shows you as being open, you certainly won't be serving my needs.

An excellent experience. The young sales executive, Lewis, was very knowledgeable and helpful. We had a good cheerful conversation whilst he took care of my query and subsequent order. Just what is needed in these strange times. I shall be using the Bristol branch again and recommending them.

called in earlier in the week…very helpful…bought a few things..drove back home (an hour away) and realised had left something there. Rang and with no hesitation the lady who answered the phone offered to DPD it to me..at their cost. Very good service. thankyou

One star is too much for this centre!!!! Completely empty shop and two people serving! After telling me they haven’t got the time to sort my karchers hard floor mop out and it will cost me £80 for someone to service it and a few months I have decided to order the part that was broken and fix it myself. I have brought the broken tool with me and they had scanned it! I’ve shown them the torn part and 25 minutes later I paid and left waiting for the necessary part to arrive!!!! And guess…. Wrong part off course arrived, completely different! I am at the end of my wits with this people! Two salaried being paid there for completely incompetent staff who kept me 25 minutes there to order wrong part after I have held it in my hand!!! They kept chatting to each other and so on whilst I was the only client on the premises. I am not sure if I will buy Karshare ever again!

Borrowed father in laws Karcher to do the deck before a party at the weekend and it was broken! Needed a part and quickly. Popped in and Sujittra sorted it, she had me covered. Quick, helpful, happy and friendly. 1st class service, 5 stars from me, thank you Sujittra.
