I loved the session in the forest. A great escape from the city, I had a lovely time with Olga and the team. Found some peace and quiet while connecting to nature.

The Forest Bathing Institute
Olga and Gary ran me through forest bathing walks several times and each time I had a different experience but always very positive and with a long-lasting. When you come to nature you come back to your deep yourself. For me it is essential to restore a link between a mind and s body, and forest bathing is a very effective tool. Each time after the walks I feel that I am moving forward in my task.
