From making the appointments (after receiving a polite reminder) to visiting the practice every step is easy, professional and friendly. The reception staff always greet you with a warm, welcoming smile. My twins are looked after by Richard Moon and he is very understanding of my children's needs who are both in the Autistic Spectrum, as are the rest of the staff at the practice. I appreciate it's a private practice but I would not take my two anywhere else. I, we really appreciate the dedicated staff at Ashby Dental. Thank you for you kindness and understanding.
