I have lived here since May 2022 and having lived in many modern apartment blocks in Manchester I can say without fail this is the WORST. AVOID at all cost.More like living in a student halls of residence.Apartments poorly maintained, the noise at night is deafening with concierge sat doing nothing. Public area bins filled and over flowing regularly and when you complain you are told how to empty them.Erm hello!Apartment's so stiflingly hot and you are left unable to open your windows due to the noise.You would get a better nights sleep in a North Korean concentration camp!Building also not secure as all exit doors leading onto the street do not close properly behind you meaning they are open and have had non residents wandering around at night.I have seen the reception handover book and there are numerous complaints in there from various tenants and guess what? None actioned.The management of this building should be ashamed. Over their heads and inept!!!DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!

Nice apartments nothing too special good for young living. As for everything outside of your living space terrible Yh it might look nice but nothing works properly no one looks after communal areas always loud music and bass on week days which doesn’t end till early hours! parking area is a mess and an all out parking wars! shutters hardly work so u either get stuck inside or stuck outside! Security is by far the worse I’ve came across door locks around the buildings don’t work bike storage is a graveyard now because everyone’s bikes getting stolen so no one trust it anymore! U get random people walking in of the street and trying peoples apartment doors at night which is just unbelievable in itself! Only move here if u literally can’t find anywhere else and make sure u keep all your belongings in your apartment and always lock the door after yourself!

A very modern and stylish high-rise apartment complex, sits along the Manchester ship canal.Central to shops and Manchester city centre is easily reached using the teams.

A great new build set of apartments. Very accomidating staff, lots of services available for tennants. Secure lockers for deliveries and a very convenient app for managing all notifications and news updates from the building. Great place to live and very close to tram stops and the center.

I really enjoyed walking around the dock. I'm sure last time I visited the area it was to see Paul McCartney in the early nineties. A lot has changed since then.

Would not recommend getting an apartment here. Awful management, over flowing bins in the courtyard. No cleanliness happens throughout the day or night.Loud noise every night stopping you from sleeping. When reporting it nothing gets done about it.Night staff do nothing but sit there all night and say they can’t do anything about the noise.Very poorly managed apartment block! Would not waste your time even contemplating renting here!!!

Poorly managed and lack of communication. Strangers walking in and out. Apartments waiting to be robbed. Worse place to live in Manchester and barely any place to park your car. Moved to Manchester Waters and it is so much better albeit pricier but worth it.

Moved in end of June and my showers are unusable. Have logged as a maintenance problem on the 9th July and they are still un usable. Dissatisfied

Judging from the reviews we wouldn't stay...we hate loud ill mannered people...who don't know how to behave in public and noise at night is a nono...educated, responsible people lower the noise volume after 10pm around residential areas...

Worst ever accommodation with noise disturbances (loud music and yelling) almost every single night!
