Needed a replacement bike for our son. The staff at Cycle King Bury were really helpful. They recommended the right size he'd need and showed us the options in that size. At no time did we feel pressured and overall it was a very positive experience. We left with a new bike ,very happy.

Top guys! I’d been pulling my hair out trying to set my tyre to the rim after a puncture repair but to no avail. I decided to pop in to the shop and Damian and his colleague were super helpful sorting the problem without charge. I had a feeling that what took me ages to get my head around might take seconds in the shop and so it was, but I wasn’t made to feel silly and picked up some good tips for repairing a puncture the next time. On the way out I decided to purchase a good value tyre pump, cheers guys!

Santa brought my son and I Ammaco Cross Fells for Christmas from Cycle King but we only recently started riding them. Welllllll….we are LOVING them so much that we purchased this Ammaco Evo IV for my husband today and can’t wait to pick it up this weekend!The folks here are super helpful, knowledgeable and just plain fun to talk to. Highly recommend.

Took my bike in today to have my new bikes disc brakes looked at as they were squealing, bearing in mind I didn't purchase from this company. Was met by two technicians who couldn't have been more helpful. After some tweaking and adjustments plus a tyre pressure check at my request I asked to pay but was told there was no charge. Wow! what a lovely and helpful retailer, very refreshing in this day and age I might add. They also support a local bike oil company which is commendable, great to see local businesses working together. Thank you so much for the kindness that was shown to me. Highly recommend this shop for all your biking needs, I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I took my little boys bike in today as the chain kept slipping. Couldn’t have asked for better service. On the spot repair by the assistant manager and he went out of his way to make sure the bike was safe for my sons first ride without stabilisers. He kindly didn’t charge a penny for his time.We always buy our bikes from here and any services/repairs we’ve needed have never been over priced.Service is exceptional every time.

Having always received great customer service from the Bury St Edmunds store, today I sadly experienced an incredibly rude and dismissive member of staff who was so offensive that we walked out without purchasing what we intended to buy. I really hope this was a temporary blip and this chap receives the customer service training her clearly needs.
