Piccadilly Cinema Leicester

I did not like this place it stinks the screen was dirty and small and the seats were terrible and there is a huge reason why they r cheap. My back started hurting and the seats were terrible and sticky and the customer survive was terrible there was no one in queue and it took 5 minutes to get the tickets for 4 people. They apparently renewed every thing terrible experience do not recomend zero stars

Would not return again !Very poorly maintained theater ! very unhygienic, old seats where the visibility is very poor as you can't see half the screen if someone is sitting in front of you ! They shamelessly took full ticket for my 3 year old (Vue cinemas never charge me for him nor for my 5 year old) who couldn't see anything sitting on the seat.. when I asked about it, the guy at the counter said he'll provide me a booster seat once i go to the screen... even when we reached interval there was no booster seat provided.. at interval I had to to to the counter again to grab one.. as expected the booster seat was full of stains and mould! disgusting service by these men.. forget about toddlers, even if adults sit , the visibility of the screen is very poor.. Never coming back! sure to give you a back ache and a head ache ! these positive reviews below are from their own people.. so beware..

Not as bad as some of the recent reviews suggest. Staff were fine, sound and picture were fine. Didn’t feel like it was going to collapse on us. Maybe people are expecting £14 reclining seats for £7.50? Comfier and roomier than standard Cineworld seats. Would go again.

Sitting was not at all comfortable and the sound system was bogus. You don't feel like you are watching a movie in a theatre.

Worst cinema in Leicester. I wanted to watch the movie so bad that they didnt let me watch due to the lack of audience but atleast let that ONE person watch the movie. I want to rate this cinema a 0 but I can’t so I HAD TO rate it a ONE, which they dont deserve.

I wouldn’t even mind the dirt, smell & uncomfortable seats considering how cheap it is but the place is infested with RATS! They casually run around the seats & get really close to you. I’m guessing not many people have noticed because they’re too busy watching the movie.

Never ever go this place.-No parking-Toilets not working especially in screen 2- Fire exit lights dizziling the screen veiw-not clean-Conjusted and tiny seats- Sound effects not good
