I'm from Nigeria, I applied for the UCA to study business and management. I really can't wait to get started in this amazing institution. I just hope I can pass my interview and be granted a student visa soon.

UCA is the top creative specialist university in the UK, offering pre-degree, undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Creative Arts, Business and fashion. UCA epsom is full of international students. I feel like home here. So many Bengali students.

University for the Creative Arts, popularly known as UCA. A business and a media school located at Epsom. The school is quite small and doesn't have too many facilities compared to other universities.

I request everyone that not apply in this University. This University is playing game with the students they first issue offer letter after that ask the students to deposit 4500 pounds. When student pay 4500 pounds then they say that it is mandatory to pay full fees for issue of cas. When the student pay full fees and after that they say our intake is full you are deferred to next intake. Once student is deferred to next intake then they first collect all the documents and then say that your interview is there and when the student give interview they fail students in the interview and ask the students to refund they are only harrassing the students and making huge interest from students fees so i request everyone please don't apply to this University. It's my and my friends real story. Now 2 months ago they haven't refunded money. Please don't fall in trap of University of creative arts.

Hi everyone, if you are willing to wasted your time go for UCA , it will definitely waste your time and will miss much more opportunities from other universities. It's a humble request to student go for any university instead of UCA ,UCA wasted my 3 intake and kept my deposit for around 7 months and get my refund around 1 year.

They encourage students from London to commute to the Epsom campus, but it's not sustainable as it takes nearly an hour and a half there and back and they ask us to come in quite a lot. This place is run more like a school and not a university. The fashion subject is very strict they ask you come in on you're days off, there's no work life balance. It's very unorganized, timetables keep changing so you never know what times you're coming in, which is even more inconvenient if you're commuter student. No easy way to access timetable, only through the website. You can't plan around it as you never get a set timetable for the year, makes it harder to book days to work. Very little time to work part time as the workload is huge as a fashion student here. Train tickets are also very expensive to book every day as they go up in price during peak times in the morning, which is mainly the time when the tutors will ask you to come in.As soon as I started i felt that the fun and creativity had been taken out of the subject due to the amount of work as a first year student you are given, especially just starting one week. Teachers also seem very cold and not welcoming, no care for students situations, like it's school setting even when people commute and are 7 minutes late they get annoyed, which is due to trains, no understanding for students. Felt like I had no freedom here, felt more like a school.Food is expensive, not really student friendly.

The university is just 10 minutes walk from the Epsom station. This university has separate buildings for the creative courses and the business courses. The staff is helpful and humble. They are pretty organized and the university is quite hygienic, there are too less options for vegan food in the canteen. There is also a vending machine if one needs to munch on anything.
