I found Jacqui after she was recommended to me by a friend who sees her regularly for botox and lip fillers. I chose Jacqui for my first ever botox treatment as I liked that she had years of nursing experience and clearly knew the importance of safety and hygiene. I have been going to impact for regular botox treatments for nearly 2 years now and couldn't be happier with the service and results. She is also extremely knowledgeable and has the best interest of her customers at heart, advising against treatments that she doesn't feel are needed which is rare in this industry! Both Jacqui and Carmel are so lovely, friendly and professional and are always flexible with appointments. Most importantly, the results are always fantastic! Wouldn't go anywhere else!

I had the Million dollar facial done, and it was amazing, the staff are really lovely and friendly and I'm looking forward to my next appointment in a couple of weeks time.

What a lovely salon and experience, I felt completely at ease, Jaq was lovely, gave great advice, she done my botox and is honestly the best I have had, correcting a line in my brow that no one else could! she also topped up my lips and also my cheeks and everything looks balanced and natural and I can honestly say she is amazing. Also a very clean, pretty salon, with wonderful facial/ product/ treatment advice. Will be a client for life.
