I feel very fortunate to have found Edyta. She is indeed a very knowledgeable and skillful massage therapist. I have had long standing sleep problems as a result of Arthritis in my neck and tension in my shoulders and back. On my first visit Edyta was quickly able to identify and locate the problems and skillfully ease the offending muscles. I knew at that point I had made the right choice of massage therapist. Daily, thereafter, I was much more flexible and mobile in my neck, shoulders and back and most importantly, nightly, able to sleep more comfortably and deeply.Edyta is very pleasant, professional and informative. Following a consultation to establish the issues I was experiencing, she quickly found the problem and spent a great deal of time 'ironing' out the issue. Having been recommended by an acquaintance I made an appointment with Edyta. From the minute I met her I felt relaxed and at ease. A very warm friendly lady work in a lovely environment. EDYTA listened to the details of my symptoms, and explained the area's that can be causing them. I had the most wonderful massage with Edyta explaining at length the process,checking regularly how the pressure etc was. I was particularly impressed by her working on my lower back and didn't realise until then how tight my muscles were. After 1 hour treatment I felt fantastic. I have made a second appointment which I am really looking forward to. Since my first visit the symptoms that I had been experiencing have greatly improved, I wish I'd discovered Edyta months ago. Edyta's place is in a very convenient location half-way between Cardiff and Bristol, not far from both the M4 and Newport station. Edyta was very professional and started the massage session with a proper consultation, which she then followed with a great massage. I left feeling much 'lighter'. Would definitely recommend!
