This review is quite lengthy, so to summarise first:- Incredibly reliable and trustworthy- Exceptional quality and attention to detail- A good experience start to finish- Worked collaboratively from the get go to make sure we got exactly what we wanted- Total package, they do the lot- Would 100% recommend to anyoneWe asked for a quote from the Bathroom Place after another contractor pulled out, so we were keen to progress quickly. They showed up to take details not long after we made contact, and were quick to give a quote. There were lots of different options and design choices, and I would emphasise that Ian was knowledgable, patient, and accommodating, never making it feel like a bother if we weren’t sure of something, or wanted to explore different options or styles.Once the design was fully agreed, and the quote sorted, they actually managed to start the job sooner than they’d estimated. The guys showed up on time, and every day they said they would, and the job was completed pretty much exactly when they’d estimated. There was a bit of a delay with the final touches of the bath, as we’d ordered one from another supplier, but Ian had pulled out all the stops to get the other materials ready for a quick start, so there was no doubt that this was a supplier issue out of their control.All the guys who did the work were friendly, professional, efficient, and clearly very experienced at what they do. They were happy to explain what was happening, answer questions, and give reassurance. They were communicative if power or water would be off (checking that we’d got water in the kettle etc.). Having a whole bathroom gutted is going to make some noise, no way around it, but from the first day to the last the guys were pleasant company, and easy to have in the house- I was working from home and they didn’t make that difficult. We also have cats, and they were attentive to keeping the right doors shut at the right time, so if you’re worried about pets don’t be!The work itself is incredible, the quality of the materials are high, the installation flawless, and everything works as it should. They’ve made great use of the room’s space, and were happy to do all the little extras (accessories, finishes etc.). The impression I got was that they actually cared about the room looking perfect, and to us that is what they did.We did have a hiccup at the end when we couldn’t get hot water, but this turned out to be a boiler issue that was fixed. They did come out to check though and made a point of stressing that if it was in any way connected to the bathroom they would sort it, even to the extent of getting a surveyor out to find the issue.The one tip I would give is that for the first few days it can look like not much is happening, even though you can clearly hear them working. They get all the foundational work done during that time though, so that when the new stuff is installed it takes shape really quickly. If you go for panelling like we did, when it first goes up it can look quite unfinished, but there’s a next step after the floor and ceiling are done where all the edges and gaps get neatly sealed, so trust in the process and if in doubt they will explain it all.Overall we’re very glad we found the Bathroom Place online, and couldn’t recommend them enough, we wouldn’t book anyone else for another job in the future.

My neighbor recently had a new bathroom fitted with The Bathroom Place. She's not very confident with new people and gets quite stressed with disruption. As you can imagine, having a new bathroom fitted is quite a big job.Ian and his team from the very start were understanding and flexible in the way they worked to ensure she felt as comfortable as possible. They were friendly, courteous and went the extra mile to ensure that we were happy at each step of the way. They brought samples out for us to look at due to my neighbor being housebound, and explained the process clearly to us. If we had any questions Ian was quick to respond. They also arrived each morning at a time that was suitable for us. They worked efficiently and importantly, were very clean and tidy along the way. The finished bathroom is fantastic and the quality is great too. Definitely recommend Ian and his team at the bathroom Place!!

Excellent workmanship, quality fittings and a very professional and efficient installation team. They arrived to start work on time on the right day and completed the refurbishment of the whole bathroom within 4 days. They left the place clean and tidy at the end of each day. Great value for money.The whole experience was beyond my high expectations.Well done The Bathroom Place.

We've used Ian, Richard and Danny, for 3 rooms in our house. If you count the extra bits its actually 5 rooms.The showroom is well laid out and the sales team of Ian and Louise really know their stuff.From first call to completion, we've felt involved and in control of the jobs.We've had a kitchen/diner removed, replaced by a groundfloor bedroom and ensuite shower room with storage and wc.A new kitchen and utility put in, access sorted at the back of the house.A bathroom made into a luxurious double shower with jets and a long wide bath for two. A higher wc for better access. And the bonus was a walkin wardrobe from space stolen from the old bathroom.The team including new addition, Lindon and Lousie, have become friends. Nothing is too much, inspirational idea's and money saving idea's were great.The snags were sorted the next day after the call and we are 100% happy.They aren't the cheapest guys around, but if you want cheap, go get a cowboy. The work is top notch, first class and it cost a bit more because the job is worth it.We had a lot of hassle with the firm who were supposed to do our kitchen. The boys stepped up and sorted it and it wasnt straight forward.The Bathroom Place are local and they are honest and decent.And no they havent paid me for the post!

Top service from start to finish.They did what they said they would in the given time frame and to the budget agreed.Ian in the showroom was really helpful, friendly and professional while we took our time deciding what to do with our tiny bathroom.The three fitters and the electrician were brilliant - punctual, friendly, tidy and hard working. Nothing was too much trouble - they kept us informed along the way and completed the work to a very high standard. We are delighted with our new shower room. Thank you guys! :)

No-one should hesitate to use this excellent company; friendly and thoroughly professional, each one of the specialist employees is exceptional- fitter, plumber,electrician all great .I’m new to the area and now would not consider using any other company.

From a wide choice of companies, we chose The Bathroom Place (Stoke on Trent) to update our Shower Room, simply based on price and selection of fittings.During the week, all the engineers worked extremely hard and the result, as you can see from the photos, is absolutely amazing.Stepping into the room is comparable to that of an expensive hotel with such a fantastic finish and installation of the quality units.Such an amazing job… Highly recommended.

I would highly recommend The Bathroom Place. The guys did an outstanding job of transforming our old wet room into our dream bathroom. The work is high quality, and the guys went above and beyond to ensure that every little detail was perfect.
