Dismal Diffuser Display!!Wanted to buy a Next New York Diffuser as a gift for a friend. I checked online and it stated there was plenty in stock. I got to to the store in Houndshill in Blackpool, and found the display at the rear of the store. It was the most miserable, neglected diffuser display I have ever seen in any store. Every single New York diffuser scent sample bottle on the top shelf was bone dry and had been for some time - judging by the state of the manky reeds. How can a customer select a suitable diffuser scent, when the display sample bottles contain no scent, and look very manky. Not an assistant to be seen anywhere - not impressed at all. If you are looking for Next Furniture - please note this shop contains or displays absloutley ZERO next furniture.

Went in on 16th October. Wanted a padded coat which I got n some slippers for myself. Some lovely clothes. Staff very nice

I recently visited the Victoria Street NEXT store to buy some work trousers. I met Sharon the sales assistant, who was really friendly and helpful. She showed me various possibilities and after trying them on I ended up buying two pairs, she made it so easy for me, so thank you.

I would like to do a special mention for the manager (peter) he was really helpful and helped me get my issue resolved, his nature and attitude is a credit to any company. 100% reccomend this store. Thank you guys.

Great menswear dept,a lift to the 1st floor a well stocked shop. Looking for some furniture as well.

I went in yesterday with my son to pick up a shirt. It was too short in the sleeves as he is very tall. The assistant in there gave us first class service and sorted out the return of the shirt and ordered us one with longer sleeves. His name was Joe and he just couldn’t have been more helpful.

Friendly and helpful staff, small to mid sized, no homeware, handy for sending Directory things back.

Don’t usually post reviews but after coming here I felt obliged to. Been here a couple times in the last few weeks to sort out a suit and shirt for my graduation and staff were extremely helpful with sorting me out, no complaints whatsoever.

A medium sized Next in a great location right in the middle of the Houndshill Centre. The store is modern, bright and well stocked with good quality stylish clothes at affordable prices. Some nice fragrances, cosmetics and Christmas gift sets too. Came here for some fashion accessories and slipper boots and found just what I was looking for. The staff were efficient, helpful and friendly. There's a lovely collection of babywear and children's clothes at the back of the shop and a lift up to the menswear and a small selection of furniture on the first floor.

Situated in hounds hill precinct, next, the national clothing & furniture outlet offers good quality mens, womens & childrens clothing. More expensive than other retailers, but the quality is always good. Modern range of furniture & home accessories are available, with catalogued items shown. Disabled access via ground floor with lifts available to next level. Staff are smart, efficient & helpful.
