Couldn't thank the team enough for all their help! After previous bad experiences at other shops felt truly pampered here. We were able to look through the dresses in our own time and never felt rushed, and my consultant Safi was really supportive and gave advise about different styles and alterations. Made me feel like a bride and can't wait to eventually wear my dress!

I didn't think I'd find a dress at the first shop I went to but I was able to find one after trying on only three! The wide range of of styles and sizes made this the perfect bridal shop for me. You all worked with me to turn the dress I bought into the dress of my dreams and I can't thank you enough. You have an amazing team and I'm so glad I found you for my wedding.

I was very nervous and anxious before my appointment as I'm not a dress wearing girl. From the moment Sophia came down and got me and my daughter I knew we were in capable hands. She was an absolute delight. I had a few ideas of what I wanted in a dress but actually ended up going with the dress that Sophia picked out as she was very good at noticing my facial expressions and body language with each dress I tried on. An amazing experience and I couldn't recommend them more, or Sophia, if I tried.

Cardiff Bridal Centre was a dream come true. My soon-to-be-wife and I wanted to go wedding dress shopping together but not see each other's dresses. We also didn’t want to feel pressured, and thought if we could save some money, then we would, so we’d originally planned to go to Wed2B Cardiff. Unfortunately, when I rang to ask if they could get certain dresses and sizes in stock, I was informed they wouldn’t do that just for trying dresses on. So, with fairly short notice, I was ringing around bridal shops to see if we could keep our original dress shopping date, as our families had taken time off work to be there with us. The member of staff (I think it was Katie) was incredibly reassuring, and I instantly felt like we were in safe hands. Today, at our appointment, I was proved right time and time again.Every single member of staff was so accommodating, warm, and non-judgemental, that a potentially exhausting and emotional day was seamless.The shop itself had clearly been well thought out so that there was enough privacy for multiple parties, whilst remaining light, airy, and just gorgeously decorated. It was so obvious that everyone there adored their job and took pride in the premises, only happy with the best for their customers. That meant that we were 100% able to try on our dresses and not hear it or see anything.When getting ready to try dresses, I was encouraged to go and pick out whatever I wanted. I was given enough time to do so, and if needed, there was always someone to explain something to me. I picked out 6 dresses originally and thought that was quite a lot, but then with every dress I tried, Sofia checked in with me, got me to rate it, and often pulled other dresses based on that feedback. She never pressured me into trying them, and was always entirely understanding of my point of view and budget, but offered me the opportunity so that I was entirely certain about the dress I was choosing. It genuinely felt like nothing was too much trouble or going to take too much time. I spent at least 2 hours trying on dresses alone, and genuinely feel if I’d have said I wanted to pull more dresses, they’d have been absolutely fine to accommodate that.My fiancee, who tried on dresses directly after me, had the exact same treatment. She had been worried about finding dresses that fit her and flattered her, but again, she was treated with the utmost dignity, respect, and was given expert guidance until she was happy. All the staff reiterated that the goal was to find something she felt confident and comfortable in, no matter what size dress it was, and it felt completely genuine. Sofia was incredible at showing how the dresses should look, no matter what size the dress was in comparison to what size our bodies were, and that meant that both my fiancee and I could say yes to a dress.All in all we spent 3.5 hours just trying things on, but the service never wavered once. We also felt the costing process was completely transparent, and walked away feeling completely confident and excited in our purchases. We were taken care of from start to finish, and would recommend Cardiff and Bridal to anyone. We could not have had a better time!

I came here last minute after a not great experience at another bridal shop. Amy was absolutely AMAZING. She was so kind, listened to what I said and made me feel really comfortable. I’m pretty sure she stayed late to make sure I was happy with my decision (as I am very fussy). My follow up appointments were lovely, and they have their own on site seamstress which is perfect. The alterations were 10/10 and made the dress look so much better as I am awkwardly sized. Don’t read the negative old reviews from many years ago.. this was a lovely place to get my wedding dress!
