We cannot recommend the incredible, super hero, Nina and her team (specifically Katie) enough! They are absolutely amazing and will work so hard to ensure your day goes without a hitch (or at least you'll never know if there was one!). Nina managed to be absolutely EVERYWHERE at all times; whether it was to herd people between locations, keep everyone to timings or to keep my husband and I with a drink in our hands on an incredibly hot day. Nina managed all of this, however, with the calmest and most reassuring energy, blending in with guests and matching the wonderful atmosphere that our wedding had, which she helped to create. She kept us calm and chilled out and everything felt effortless.Nina, you were so amazing to work with leading up to the wedding.. using your incredibly extensive knowledge and expertise to guide us in the right direction when we weren't sure on something (or had unrealistic expectations on how something might work, or how long something would take!). It's been over two weeks since our wedding and we're still hearing people talk about how incredible you were. I don't know how you found the time... considering there was so much going on... but you've made such an impression on a lot of guests, who were also amazed by how brilliant you were. Especially my mum, who has just rediscovered a selfie with you on her phone, which I think she's more excited about than seeing the wedding photos!I remember saying on the day, that I hadn't realised how worried/nervous I'd been, until suddenly I realised that there was nothing to worry about... and you were a major player in that!I just wanted to say a final little thing to anyone who isn't sure whether they need/can justify on the day co-ordination, because we were in that boat for a while. Considering how many costs are inflated when you attach them to a wedding, Nina's service was hands down one of best value for money items in our budget and it is absolutely, 100% worth it if you can find a space in your budget.Thanks again Nina and Katie, lots of love from Felicity and Greg xxx

Henry and I wanted to express our deepest thanks to Jess and Amy for making our wedding day perfect. Booking the Occasion Queens was the best decision we made during the wedding planning process. From our inspiration session to our final planning meeting, we felt supported and reassured that our day would run smoothly. From the moment Jess arrived, she took the reigns and everything from the decor to the running order, was executed perfectly. It was truly the best day of our lives and that is undoubtedly down to the OQs. If you're engaged and are contemplating booking the OQs, DO IT! You won't regret it, we promise.

I can't thank Nina and Occassion Queens enough- they MADE our wedding! Nina was so incredible from the get go, with an initial meeting months before to get everything in order- reminding us of the things we may have forgotten and giving fabulous recommendations for things yet to sort. Nina was on hand for any little question I had- always replying so speedily! Our final meeting was like a huge weight off my shoulders- you lose all perspective when planning a wedding and eveything got on top of me in terms of working out where decor would go etc, but I was told to absolutely forget it, as they would sort everything! And thet did! We had Andri and LaToya on the day who were just a dream. They made the venue look absolutely incredible- setting out an abundance of lanterns I had bought but had absolutely no idea what to do with! They were kind, professional and really put you at ease! They made sure the day went flawlessly, which it did. My dress and veil was always in place, my drink was always close by, everyone knew where the had to be, when- so no worrying about that at all- and everything ran incredibly smoothly. Please do yourself a favour, if you're about to get married, BOOK OCCASSION QUEENS! It is money unbelievably well spent. It means you can focus on having the time of your life. Nina, THANK YOU!

Nina was our on the day coordinator for our wedding at the Barns at Lodge Farm and we could not have asked for anyone better.The day was perfect for us! We have no idea if there were any issues because Nina handled everything, allowing us to simply enjoy our special day.From coordinating the bridal party's entrance in to the ceremony barn, to organising the confetti shot, to keeping catering on time for the wedding breakfast, to keeping a very drunk Josh on time for first dance and cake cutting, Nina covered everything to perfection.You definitely need the Occasion Queens involved in your special day, you won't regret it!

We could not recommend Occasion Queens highly enough. We had both Jess and Nina with us for our October wedding, and they were absolutely brilliant. Calm, containing, and just so on top of everything - there was never a moment where we had to think about the schedule or what was happening next, which allowed us to feel so relaxed and present on the day. We've had so many guests comment on how seamlessly executed and organised the day felt, and that is without question down to them. Their attention to detail and experience with weddings absolutely shone through, and they clearly care so much about making people's days memorable, even down to making sure we were eating throughout the day! As a couple who were trying to save money where possible, we had originally been a bit on the fence about whether an on-the-day coordinator was necessary - but it was hands down the best investment we made, and our wedding day would categorically not have been the same without them. We worked with Jess on the lead up to the wedding, and she was so amazing! She was so on top of things, had great communication, and was always willing to help with any questions we had. The packages were super clear to pick from, and all of our meetings were structured well & very clear.Both Jess and Hannah worked with us on the wedding day as coordinators, and did a perfect job! They brought such a calming presence, worked well with all of our vendors, and fixed any small problems that came up on the day. Our guests and other vendors had so many compliments for them, and we are so glad that they were a part of our day.Thank you both so much for all of the work you did - our wedding day was so much smoother having you both there, and we appreciate it so much!

We want to thank Nina and Jess for being such incredible wedding co-ordinators, before and throughout our special day. It’s hard to imagine how it would have come together without them.Looking back, there were so many moments where our anxieties and worries were bubbling up and almost seemed like they would swallow us whole! Planning a wedding ourselves was extremely daunting and just when you think you’ve solved one problem, three more pop up in its place. At times we wondered if we’d be able to go through with it at all. Despite not being booked as full wedding planners, Nina and Jess both made themselves available and went above and beyond to guide us through this stressful period. They offered amazing advice, putting us in touch with our eventual wedding photographer, helped us make decisions on our band, florist and videographer and countless other great ideas that helped steer us in the right direction. They offered guidance both creative, strategic and technical and their confidence and wisdom gave us confidence.And this all while Nina was recovering from surgery! She didn’t miss a beat. And Jess was always there to respond quickly.When it came to the actual day, we were fully able to detach from all those things that can take away from enjoying the special day. Everywhere we looked, Nina and Jess had it under control. We were able to spend our day not worrying about the caterer or timing of speeches, but having an incredible time with our friends and family.We can’t recommend Occasion Queens enough. Just go in knowing you’re in great hands and don’t worry about communicating all your problems and concerns. I cannot express enough how grateful I am Jess and Amy were present on our wedding day. They were truly fantastic. They handled everything. We had multiple vendors coming to set up, but I didn't hear anything from them, as of course Jess and Amy were managing everything. Set up was beautiful when all was finally revealed to me.People have always said to me as well that weddings never run to time. But ours did! Even ahead of time! Jess was always conscious of the schedule and in the background kindly ushering/encouraging people to move around to the next event.Everything was set up as we needed it to be without us worrying about a thing. It was little things, like vow books being ready on the registrar table for us, confetti appearing in guests' hands for photos, our speches ready at our place settings, microphones appearing in front of everyone who needed to speak without them worrying and looking for them, wedding favours being handed to us when we needed them. Jess was even able to act as MC as we didn't have an official MC, announcing our entrances.Jess and Amy also helped set up a traditional Thai water pouring ceremony for us. I appreciate this so much, as I know this ceremony was new to Jess and Amy. Despite their many weddings, they'd never seen a Thai water pouring, but they did their research, made sure they knew the order of how things ran, and executed everything to perfection.What is best is that Jess and Amy had our best interests at heart as bride and groom. They made sure we could relax and even get some private time together before the wedding ceremony.I would recommend Occasion Queens to everyone. In my opinion it was the best money we spent on our wedding (above photographer and videographer, and that's saying something!). On the day coordination is a service you're not sure you need until the day. You might think your venue or family can manage things.. but truly I feel everything would have been so much more chaotic without Jess and Amy there. Everyone wants to talk to you on your wedding day, and as bride and groom you won't have any time to handle the small things yourself you think you may be able to. And it's so lovely that all family members and bridesmaids also don't have to worry about a thing and can fully be present and enjoy the day as a coordinator is handling it.Jess and Amy you were phenominal. Thank you for your help on the most memorable day of our lives. As with much of wedding planning, choosing to book an on-the-day coordinator was fraught with disagreement between my husband and I.However, Occasion Queens comes in at just the right price - feeling affordable but indispensable in what they offer. That's exactly what Nina turned out to be. In the planning meetings she went through everything with a fine-tooth comb, often telling us quite directly we were making a mistake with the timings which turned out to be very helpful indeed.On the day itself, things go wrong that couldn't ever plan for - e.g. the band turning up 2 hours early (huh??) and the bride (me..) overdoing it on the margaritas and requiring a serious time out. Nina calmly and patiently handled it all without making us panic or feel like you'd single-handedly ruined your own wedding day..!Thank you Nina - the day was better than we could have imagined and you were a star!Jess & Rob xxx

Where to begin?! Occasion Queens was easily one of our best wedding investments! We felt we needed some extra help running our wedding on the day, especially as we did not have 100% confidence in our venue. From the moment we started speaking with Nina, we immediately knew our wedding would be in safe hands. We found the inspiration session in the months before the big day super helpful, especially with regards to working through our timeline for the day. Nina and Jess were always available via email if we had a question, and in the weeks before the wedding we had another in depth Zoom call with Jess, to make sure everything was in place. On the day itself, Jess and Nina were superstars and such a reassuring presence. They liaised with all our suppliers and assisted with the set up, they dealt with last minute guest cancellations and seating changes, helped our families and acted as a go between, and I can absolutely say that they kept our timings running like clockwork and ensured we had no delays or major hiccups. Nina even helped bustle my dress later on in the day and held my mum's purse during the ceremony. We absolutely loved having Jess and Nina with us on our wedding day and it was such a pleasure to work with them! You don't realise how much time you spend with your suppliers on the wedding day, so it's really important you pick people who you gel with and who genuinely care about you as a couple! Thoroughly recommend Occasion Queens to any future couples getting married!
