So glad I found Steve and Ollie at Solve Heating Services to look after our gas boiler. Professional, friendly, come when they say they will and do a great job for a fair price. What more can you ask of tradesmen?

We are very happy with our Bosch combi boiler . Although we were getting cheaper quotes from other supplier we still went with Steve as we saw good feedback from other customers . We do not regret at all both Steve and Olli are very professional and their work speaks the quality. We got Worcester Bosch combi boiler fit with Hive thermostat and we got what we were looking and we are so happy with the new boiler and the controls. We can now control all rooms heating from mobile phone . Thanks to you both..

After several issues with no hot water and our current insurer being absolutely useless, we came across Solve Heating. Steve and Ollie were very professional and very friendly. We needed a power flush of our heating and boiler system, they managed to help us out really quickly and I feel we’re in very safe hands should we need help again! I’ll be cancelling my existing cover and keeping Solve Heating as my go-to.

This company are excellent. It's the second year I have used them for boiler repair and service. Steve is professional, knowledgable and communicative. His work is thorough, inspecting not only the boiler but the gas meter and radiators. Gas safety certificate was sent to me the same evening. Cannot recommend this company highly enough.

Steve and Ollie are two of the most reliable and kindest tradespeople you will ever meet! They’ve helped me on a number of occasions - the most urgent being when an old boiler completely packed in in freezing temperatures. We were given excellent advice and decided to go with a Worcester. It’s been in a year now and it’s brilliant. They’ve been out to service it this year as well. Communication is fantastic when ordering parts etc.Have also helped with four new radiators in our bedrooms which have made such a difference to the warmth in our house. They really know their ‘stuff’ and are very experienced in what they do. Thanks for being so easy to work with!

A major fault recurred on my boiler a week after repair leaving me without heating. My usual gas engineer was in hospital.I found Solve Heating by ringing round locally.Steve came first thing the next morning, diagnosed the problem and parts needed. Sent through summary of parts and costings and rang later to discuss this.He helpfully suggested options on parts costs, it is an elderly boiler, and some parts are obsolete. He confirmed everything in an e mail before ordering.I was reassured by his methodical and professional approach and clear communication.He gave me a timescale, dependent on arrival of the parts. He kept me updated on parts arrival and the repair was completed by Ollie on the afternoon the last one arrived.It was a pleasure to meet both of them. They clearly have extensive knowledge and depth of skill and explain everything in everyday language.The whole system was checked by Ollie before he left.A gas record of the property was submitted with the invoice, which is a helpful document to have.I am very impressed with their service and will be asking them to quote for a new boiler in the Spring.I have no hesitation in recommending Solve Heating

Excellent professional service from Solve Heating Services. Steve came today to service my boiler for the second time. The boiler was serviced properly again, making it run more efficiently and lengthening its life.Before finding Solve Heating, I have paid for several ‘services’ from a very well known company, only to find out it was safety checked only. I feel confident that the boiler will work well through the next winter - giving me peace of mind.I also get a reminder a few weeks before service due, which I appreciate. This the second year I've used Ollie and what a find he is. We own a few flats and I've used a number of plumbers/heating engineers over the years. He is super professional, polite, tidy and great value. His many years working for BG have taught him the trade. I would not hesitate to recommend using his services. See you next year.
