What a joke wheatleyhomes are, more like weakleyhomes. They do nothing about anti social neighbours, I have complained about my horrible, filthy, drunk of a neighbour for 7 plus years. When he's drunk, his music has my furniture vibrating, they do nothing, they pass the buck and tell me to call the police, they don't come. Now I have a new housing officer, her name is Denise, I've never met her, but in her phone call to me, she told me she started working for wheatleyhomes in Feb ,and that the music being witnessed on Christmas night, was ancient history, it only counts from Feb when she started.I'm preparing a letter to the housing ombudsman, they should know what's going on. I have a few good stories to tell, about workers from Charles Street.

Other tenants dogs bark all night and Wheatley group just call it a civil matter and refuse to help. Have to drink myself to sleep most nights and that's after boarding up my bedroom window to keep noise out. I'm not sure what's worse, Wheatley staff or other tenants. Both are a nightmare

They do not fulfill their duties at all, they only take money. I am officially disabled, and the housing company refuses to change my housing, which is supposed to be for disabled people, and I have to go down from the 11th floor with my electric device to move around the city when the elevator is broken and they demand documents from me that do not exist, but a document recognizing me as disabled, they say that he is not an indicator to them that I am disabled !!

I believe staff at Wheatley on the front line are trying their best. They should have never taken local services away from customers and sent local staff to the contact centre. The biggest issue that lets Wheatley down is City Building. The repairs service is at a high cost with a low service.

Would give a 0 if i could.Genuinely unhelpful and rude customer service who don't care if you get a response, even after several months.Send you random bills for things that have already been fixed and paid for several weeks before, and don't take any disputes seriously.Avoid! Avoid! Avoid! (at all costs)

My neighbour upstairs was an old man. His evil daughter moved in May 2022 and abused him up him until his death under the pretence of caring for him, despite having a home of her own in Knightswood/Temple. Her antisocial behaviour was also outrageous. Her dog barking non stop from 5am. Her threatening behaviour and her nastiness was a disgrace. Even turned our water supply off for 4 days with no warning. Turned to Wheatley Group for help. They didn't give a damn about my old neighbour or me and my family. As the home upstairs is owner occupied was their excuse. They had an obligation to support me as their tenant but failed us and failed to report an old man being abused. They had a duty of care and neglected us by failing to act.The same goes for the Police and the council, who failed us too. I informed them and they didn't even take a statement, advising me to get an non-harassment order. The ICO, because of intrusive zoom camera, with no signage which has a speaker above my window. There as a result of an inheritance dispute, between 6 siblings. The house of course, a prize asset after pretending to care. The siblings are aware of the abuse and failed to have their evil sister prosecuted, despite me offering to help.We have suffered on-going harassment from the evil daughter and her 2 daughters. All in it together. No help from anyone. I will include the neighbours on the street. Many been here decades, they have no morals. They knew what was happening and how much we were suffering and turned a blind eye. They greet this nasty woman they've known for decades as if she's done no wrong. Cliquey behaviour, as expected.I'm not even surprised by what has happened. We live in a world with fake people with no morals. I even offered the story to the Sun Newspaper. Too complicated, apparently. If anyone with a platform wants the story it's yours. I don't even want paid. It's the scandal that counts.Authorities are a disgrace. Shame on you all.

The worst, This housing association only claims to provide services and does not have an office to respond, nor do they offer customer service, they only take money. I am one of the tenants so I don’t recommend this to anyone.

I attended a customer voice panel at Wheatley House on Thursday 12 October 2023. I wasn't impressed. The lack of ownership re important and serious issues is appalling. Let's see if they practice what they preach. I have a strong feeling I will be writing to the SPSO.

utterly pathetic, multiple times me and my father have been flooded, told it wasn't the folk up stairs despite the fact when informed one of the previous tenants (after arguing it wasn't them) went into their house and turned the overflowing bath off, instead was told that it's the seals or pipes, still happening so just goes to show they're either refusing to say anything to the people upstairs or refusing to apply repairs.not only that, during the early days of the pandemic the front door into the building was taken off and left in the back, then refitted back on months later. During a time when social distancing was supposed to be a thing, yet anyone was free to come and go as they pleased, and the fact there were children staying in the apartment building so their safety wasn't considered.Wheatley group is an absolutely pathetic company and all the staff working with them should be fired, anyone who is actually capable of doing their job decently would be better suited finding employment elsewhere. and anyone considering a home with them really should think otherwise.03/07/2023Contacted them on behalf of my father as neighbours were being too loud past 22:30, housing officer eventually got in contact with my father only to dismiss everything said, housing officer carol who deals with the g33 area clearly has some form of bias and plays favourites with tenents, utterly pathetic, this company is clearly rotten to the core if they can allow someone like her to continue working there.
