It was alright overall. Not the best rooms. There were broken lights and not enough towels etc. but the service was very nice. The dinner there is also immaculate.

Stayed for a night at the double tree, nice place with nice rooms, my room was however a twin room which I didn't order. Resulting in two single bed instead of my normal preference of a double. But it's ok.Breakfast was lovely with polite staff and plentiful selection. My only complaint was it was hard to cross the road as no pathway or crossing was close to the beefeater or local shop nearby.

Really nice travel lodge! I wouldn't call it a hotel. I stayed for a week and I was super bored! Menu is basically burgers at ridiculous expensive prices but everything is good. I ended up going to the local shop to buy booze as prices was so high at the bar and I ordered food in. Location by motorway is good for those who require a night stay, but next time, I'll move further in town as it is really out the way of things to do, eat, and explore. I had a week of just watching the TV which must be free view as I'd never watched so many adverts in my life. Take a laptop to watch Netflix or Disney!Good for short stays for business trips only.

Large Hilton Hotel on junction of motorwayJust a few miles from Swindon Town centreI was in a coach party. So we got buffet dinners and breakfasts, both of which were very goodBut, the bedrooms were so hot. I had air con on and window open and it was still boilingTheir heating bill must be huge, don't they have thermostats ??!!

Stayed as a single night as apart of a coach trip. Didn’t spend much time at the hotel due to arrival and our departure times. But from what I experienced is that the room I had was quite luxurious with 2 double beds, ample of room with variety of amenities which includes coffee maker, to, iron board, fridge etc. The bathroom was spacious with a toilet, sink and bath n shower includes toiletries in containers etc. In the morning, the staff with polite, courteous and helpful in particular the restaurant where we had our breakfast. Breakfast was ample and plenty to choose from and will cater for most people’s needs.

Stayed here for a night for an event.The set menu for the meal (120 guests) was excellent, well prepared, cooked and presented and as an added bonus still hot, no mean feat with that many guests.The serving staff were very friendly and helpful.Reception staff were great too.Room was spacious and clean, the shower was perfect.

Rooms are clean but no sound isolation. You can heat everything next door. AC turned off and pretty hot inside the room. (Open the window and you may have bugs coming in). Breakfast is below average. Did not hace a good experience

Stayed here for work, to begin with overly impressed, but as time went on I found the saying I was told earlier in life quite true. You cant teach a pork chop! Some of the staff were rude and you can tell they either hate their job or don’t want to be there! Got food poising from undercook chicken and the chef couldn’t take a complaint so is now under internal review. He claims chicken should be cooked to 70 degrees but anyone who’s worked In a kitchen or has a certificate of training knows it’s higher then that! He also claimed all chicken breasts have veins and blood in them! I was utterly mortified by this but being ill for a day and a half I unfortunately violated a very nice bathroom in my room due to being ill. A lot of the staff were professional and so nice I give my hats off to them I really do. But coming into my room a few times to find all of my belongings had been rearranged made me overly uncomfortable. But hey ho I wouldn’t say it was up to 4 star more like a 2 star at times but some of the staff sheer perfection!

A great hotel at a great location. Breakfast was delicious and varied, the suite we had was well-priced and perfect for a family of 4 as there was plenty of space and privacy. The only downside was a few minor things I'd expect not to see in a hotel of this type. For example the door stop wasn't there so a rawlplug was sticking out, paint flaking off the wall and ceilings, which gives the impression of a lack of attention to detail. Staff were very welcoming and helpful.
