Can be quite busy but no fault of company

Once again Oakleys have turned up trumps by making an emergency delivery to us. We ran out of oil last night and a frantic email written at midnight and a call in the morning resulted in them arriving just like the cavalry over the hill in the nick of time. I was imagining John Wayne to be riding shotgun! THANKS A MILLION YOU ARE ALL STARS!!!

Above and beyond. During the recent heavy snow we were nearly out of oil. Even though the small tanker (needed for our delivery) was broken, Oakley's hitched up a bowser to their pick-up and brought us oil. Top marks.

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!! we ordered 1000 litres of fuel through boiler juice, knowingly over-ordering as we weren't sure exactly how much we needed and we usually just have honest people who come to fill up and just refund us the difference. They arrived 8 days early as well so we're pretty sure they only delivered around 600 litres. They filled up and and it overflowed leaving a smell through the house for a week, and coincidentally their receipt stated they had filled up EXACTLY 1000 litres (weird when it flowed over isn't it!!!!) The receipt also had sept 2010 at 7pm on it - which was clearly wrong. I believe the readings to be rigged. I complained, man I spoke to on the phone was arsey with me and said to contact boilerjuice - which I did and they investigated. The same bloke who had filled up the tank turned up unannounced a few days later to put some crystals on the spillage and told me he definitely had put 1000 litres in. My word against his. Was refunded 2p/litre (wow £20 for 400 litres) into my boilerjuice account. WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN AND SUGGEST YOU STEER CLEAR

Let us down twice. First time we ordered a baby tanker but they sent a full size one. Ploughed up my driveway and clipped the hen house. Driver needs to go to spec-savers. Second time they did not have a baby tanker again so they subbed the job and then never delivered when they said they would.Never again. Using Banwy fuels now.
