Jack and the rest of guy's assisting him worked non stop to get all the works done with as little mess or fuss as possible. Eventually the whole floor and all the joists had to be replaced and plaster was removed 1 metre up the wall. Hopefully we will never require Dry Rot services again but I can't thank them enough for the brilliantl job that they did, many thanks especially go to Brian Mulgrew for getting this passed by the insurance company.I would recommend Wise Property Care to everyone , give them a try and you won't regret it .

When we purchased our property 16 years ago, the survey identified damp and woodworm problems. Wise Property cleared them then, and they haven't come back. A recent insuarance co. survey identified a probable damp problem in another area, which Wise Property surveyors investigated, and determined was not damp, and advised how to deal with it. Pleasant, professional people, we wouldn't use anyone else.

I found the standard of work to be very high, cleaning up after the work was much appreciated. I shall definitely recommend your business.
