Ajax Alarm Installer

Called Vinnie at Overt when my original DVR boxed failed due to its age. My current camera set up is relatively new and it was just the DVR that needed replacing.Vinnie was happy to come out and take a look at the current set up I had and recommend a Phoenix box just to replace the old box I had. Placed an order on the new box the next day and Vinnie came around to fit it the day after.Defiantly recommend Overt for the knowledge, honesty and price. I can't fault them one bit.With the amount of crime happening in Sutton Coldfield now it's a small price to pay to feel more safe in your own home.

Vinnie recently installed a door cam for me and did a very good job. I am very pleased with the installation and end result. In addition he was very helpful and patient explaining how to use the system.I would recommend others to use him.

We're in process of moving into a newly purchased house and I wanted an alarm/CCTV fitted prior to the move date. We've had the Ajax alarm fitted, along with Uniview CCTV and I can honestly say I'm very happy with the choice. Vinnie was friendly, knowledgeable and very accommodating during the installation (especially as I was super picky about where everything went!). The alarm is very modern and really easy to use. I really like the intruder monitoring on the CCTV - especially with the optional verbal warning if you enter the intrusion zone! Came and fitted 2 camera and a Phoenix DVR to my house, all done it one day. Professional job, highly recommend. Set it up the app on my phone so I can view anywhere. Great bit of kit!

Very professional service. My cameras work great. Sometimes I need help like when I change mobile and I lose my apps etc. I just ring Vini and he is always there to help me even after 1 year since I had my cameras he came to my house and help me to in-store the apps on my new mobile. After having some CCTV installed at our Pub/Restaurant in Sutton Coldfield we had some problems with the DVR but couldn’t contact the company that installed the system. We decided to contact a local firm as we felt we may have a better relationship and support that way.As soon as we spoke to Vinnie we knew we were talking to the right company. Knowledge, reassurance and solutions was what we received, promptly followed by a site visit when Vinnie himself adjusted and tuned a few minor issues which is all it took. He was helpful with advice and offered future support.With business increasing we decided to upgrade the CCTV system and add more cameras, obviously we used OVERT. After an on-site survey of what we wanted, Vinnie advising that we actually needed less and just better positions of the cameras we had the install.
