We were due to take our caravan away using a new car which had come with a detachable towbar already fitted - only problem being that the towbar neck had been damaged and would not reattach securely.The guy running the company (sorry don't have a name!) ordered us a new neck which was delivered the next morning and then somehow he found time to fit the new socket and to improve the original fitting between jobs they already had booked in - so we got away just one day later than planned.Unbelievably good service!

Did a good enough job but quoted prices ex vat so in the end was more expensive than competitors - check the quote!

Phoned this company twice. Both times the guy that answered the phone couldn’t be much more unhelpful or miserable. when i asked about booking the job in it’s as though he doesn’t really want your business. needless to say I’ve ended up going elsewhere

Exelent service didn’t have what I ordered they quickly sourced a replacement with no extra charge even though replacement cost a bit more and didn’t take more than 24 hours to arrive well impressed kilnhurst towbars will defiantly be using this company for our supplies

Customer service is spot on. The guys did have a few issues with the complicated wiring of my new model 3008 but very quickly and efficiently sorted it out. Great service. Highly recommended.

I had a detachable tow bar fitted here electrics where wrong after a couple of visits they sorted it.I give them a 3 but would use them again as when they found out they were wrong the ripped the old wiring out and fitted it correct straight away anyone can make a mistake.They have since altered their testing equipment thank you.

Called in today on the off chance. Having bought a vehicle over 12 months ago with a Witter detachable frame already fitted but no tow bar. Had an email from Witter stating the correct part number and £155 please. Bought a “unused” from eBay for £65. It Would not “ charge” or clip in. These guy’s dropped everything , except lunch ! Found a new socket that fitted (£15) and fitted it for a few quid. Excellent service at the drop of a hat and they appeared to be busy. Well done guys and thank you very much.
