I really enjoy visiting here, the vibe is chilled out, the staff are really down ro earth and friendly - it's a really laid back atmosphere

As the other reviewers have said, if you are going for biometrics, no matter what they make you wait outside the building, don't get there too early there's no point and make sure you are in front of the door, not next to it, otherwise they don't call you, which I thought was bizarre and unprofessional.

Really good co-working space - the reception girls are very friendly and helpful. As with lots of these business lounges, the chairs aren't the most comfortable - get there early to get a padded seat! Great location very close to the train station and the bus interchange.

I rated it 4 stars just because there is no obvious sign on outside to say that it's a place I needed to come to. But the building is very close to train station and easy to find itself. Otherwise people inside are very friendly, give you information, someone comes and picks you up at your appointment time, if not many people waiting even earlier. Mine was at 6 p.m. and I was picked up by lovely lady and guided to the right room at 10 min befor 6. Because I did all the scanning at home (all of my documents including passports with every page even empty) I was there no more then 15 min, just to take photo, scan fingers and scan main passport again to prove my identity as I understand. No documents been taken from me, no even passport. The person did all things professionally and quick. All set up with rules, mask, hands cleaning available, spacious and safe enough.

I had an appointment to get the biometrics for a visa. It was really easy to get there, there is a parking garage on the street behind it. Upon arrival, the staff asked to wait outside due to the covid restrictions, but once I was in, it took less then 15 minutes. I brought my paperwork and the appointment confirmation. Staff very friendly. Tip for parents: if you are only applying for your child, only one of the parents will be allowed to go in.

Nice looking building with helpful receptionist staff. Building itself could do with more prominent means of identification, there are three almost identical buildings, just a sign with the building name would help. Also (1) where is the entrance? I walked around the entire building looking for it (it's the modest revolving doors). Also (2) businesses are located within this building, why isn't there a sign near the entrance listing the businesses? After finding the entrance, we spoke with the receptionist to confirm if we had the right place or not. Still, beyond trying to find it, it was a pleasant place, right next to the bus, tram and train stations.
