Amazing customer service, vet was absolutely brilliant, clean environment and so patient and good with the animals. I highly recommend them!

Brilliant people, very friendly and professional. Our cat, Pebble, has had some mobility issues recently due to his breed, and they do their utmost to help him recover and, in the meantime, stay pain-free as much as possible. Even during routine checkups, brilliant altogether.

My little dog needed some treatment as we were away on a little break. They got me in on same day and was a lot cheaper than I thought as emergency, shame there not my vets as far better than my own

I bought my little one, my ride or die, here, after an e-consult in which that vet showed serious alarm. I didn't think I was taking Donny here to say good-bye but that's what ended up happening. The vet we saw was the most empathetic, caring yet honest person I could have wished for. Everything he explained, it made sense, his reassurance I still replay in my head. I know his job can't be easy, but thank you so much Joe, you were incredible. Thank you for everything.P.s the card a week later, was lovely. You guys are the best!

We had an out of hours appointment with this vet, and unfortunately our cat Kuro had to be put down, but the The vet that dealt with it was very understanding and gave us the time we needed to say goodbye to our cat . I cannot remember her name, but she was very understanding they even sent us a condolence card that they have all signed. Really nice touch. Thanks again

I would like to say dartvale Totnes, treated our poor Skye who had cancer and went down hill rapidly.When the time came to let her go the vet was lovley and it was done with respect and dignity. Thank you so much for making a really horrible time better for me and my wife. ❤️

Our Cocker Spaniel Breeze was seriously ill he is now home thanks to the excellent care of all the vets and nurses we cant thank them enough they are all Angels to us it was absolutely devastating for us to be away from breeze but knowing he was with such amazing caring people helped us get through they never gave up on him and we will always be thankful for this

We discovered my dog had a lump on the side of his leg (about the size of a 10p) we thought it might have been allergies so we gave him a antihistamine in the hopes it would clear over night. It looked the same size the next morning but in the evening it had tripled in size. I was really concerned, rang our vets who wouldn’t see us, so rang Dart Vale and got registered. They gave me an appointment straight away but the receptionist there (Helen, found her name on the notice board) was absolutely vile. She insinuated I’d lied about not being able to get an appointment at my old vets and said that she didn’t consider our problem an emergency and had a go at us for waisting her time. I was absolutely appalled and left speechless. Jon the vet and his partner. who we saw, were absolutely fantastic. So thorough and caring and couldn’t do more for us! My dog had quite a nasty cyst which Jon drained but might potentially need a CT scan.
