Food was good. It was a little busy. But we had to wait over 40 mins for our food. And we weren't the only one. There was at least 4 other groups waiting.

First time at this concession and it was a shambles at this visit. Prepared orders were built up (literally piling up on top of one another) in the stack area and the volume of couriers waiting seemed like more than the staff could manage. Food was therefore cold when we got it. Some staff were running ragged and others gliding around like like a sugar plum fairy seemingly unaware they were part of the team. First poor experience at McDs in the UK. A H&S issue with a light fitting in the gents, which had been patched up with a food bag and labels...

Food arrives from an uber order and in the sealed bag comes this. . .Along with NO straws NO sauces for the cheesy bites meal.Used to be pretty good at getting orders right but lately have been shocking.I really hope they fix the quality issues.Updated due to using the drive through and its super common and consistent for them to forget any sauces you order especially any kids meal ones, and unless you sit there and immediately dive through the bag you won't know until you drive off. Please guys just remember the sauces if you know how picky kids can be you'll understand.

The food was alright and the staff was busy at work however an older gentleman working (dresses in a white shirt and a black and silver striped tie) was cleaning tables which in it self isn't that out of order. The part that ruin it for me was I watched him reach into the bin and then went behind the counter and started to handle food with out washing his hands....he did this 4 times whilst I waited for food and eat my food.

Ordered on the machine, it failed to print a receipt or give an order number. Went to the counter and explained, the guy said the order was in the kitchen and he’d bring it over (wasn’t his fault). 20 minutes later and I just left. Total chaos in there. Orders all over the place. Done with them.

Ordered food last night.Receipt number CJ9W-XRFL-DX6T, spent £45.00 as was my daughters treat.The Caesar Crispy Wrap turned out to be cold and it was sweet chilli.2 x Big and Cheesey, 1 had bacon, 1 didn't3 large fries, 2 were half full and 1 was cold, all chips were under done.Double cheeseburger looked like it had been sat on and cold.Caramel Hot Chocolate - this was made as the order was placed but sat there for 7 minutes while the order was got ready, the cream by then had melted into the drink.Latte was tepid - same thing happens with all hot drinks.Large Vanilla milkshake was charged for yet i had it as part of a meal deal, £15 for a meal deal and then charged extra for a melted milkshake.The person who makes them needs to make the hot drinks as they are needed not when they are ordered.A lot of money for cold, unpleasant and messed up food..

One star review for this disappointing experience! After waiting 15 minutes at the drive-thru with only two cars ahead, I politely asked for a free order of fries due to the long wait. The response from the staff, especially the manager, was rude and unprofessional. As someone familiar with the fast-food industry, I know the wait time was excessive for a simple order. The customer service was disrespectful, lacked understanding and it was infuriating to see staff chatting to their friends and holding up the queue. To top it off, my order was also incorrect, I ordered 20 chicken nuggets no 16 badly over cooked nuggets.I won't be returning to any McDonald's in the future, as their service and quality control are both lacking. Trying to lodge a complaint on their website was also a frustrating experience.This unit in particular should improve its service before opening its doors to customers with such adolescent, grumpy and incompetent management.An absolutely shambolic experience from start to finish. Never again!

Ordered a large selects meal with smokey bbq sauce. Drove to the window to be told by an arrogant employee that I had to pay 50p to get it. The employee was rude when I enquired why I had to pay and when I asked for a manager refused to get one. Telling me if I wanted the dip to pay him cash there and then.Wanting to get back to work as it was my lunch hour I just paid. But beware with this store. People at the window will hustle you for money. Probably for their own pocket. When I looked later receipt clearly stated the sauce.

I go to McDonald's once a week at least, drive through is fast but like all places you need to check you've got everything you ordered before you drive off! Never been any long delays so would recommend.
