AVOID AVOID AVOID AT ALL COSTS ! VERY DODGY PLACE DO NOT GO FOR VEHICLE REPAIR. Place is very dodgy, went for vehicle repairs on my top mount, spoke to Usman(mechanic) at the back of the tyre place where he fixes car, and initially everything seemed fine. I left my car 9am and was assured car would be ready at 12/midday, car wasn’t ready until 4pm , when I arrived to collect my car, usman has scratched the rear bumber, whilst trying to move the vehicle, upon questioning him, he initially tried to say I brought it like that, and I insisted that’s not the case the car was in great condition, then he quickly changed his response to “ it must have been someone else driving past”. He hasn’t made any effort to resolve this matter. I would recommend avoiding this place at all costs as now my car went in for mechanical repair and has come out with body damage and now has to be booked into a separate place for body work repair , absolutely fumin would give it 0 stars if I possibly could.

The young man working was exceptionally helpful during the flat tyre process. I had extreme difficulty logging onto my banking app to transfer money and he even suggested I could drive off to a cash point. Excellent customer service and without doubt be using him in the future

Not good. Advised to use good named products but used cheap stuffs and said these are the better one we used. But checked online those are really low quality products on ebay and asked the person call Usman. He is such a dodgy guy not happy at all.

Had 2 part worn tyres fitted, prices ok,not cheap but ok. The next day it was noticed a wheel bolt was missing, went back to be told it was missing when they changed the tyre. Now the tyre they changed had a slow puncture so every 2 days for a month it was topped up with air and the bolt was in place then. The last time the wheel was removed was in April last year by them.So not hard to work out they messed up. But they seem to think the best customer service is to call you a liar and do nothing.Replaced the bolt myself from gsf and will not use them again. I suggest you avoid them at all costs.

Visited these was goin past a lot deciding to or not….wish I didt.I visited for a Tyre so it was all good they changed it but at the end they were rude….and wen I got home my whole Rim was all scratched all round where they used the machine and it was a great big circle and didt notice till got home as when they were finished putting new tyre on it was dirty from the gloves etc as u do wen visiting these places but washed it off and noticed it so don’t go there…go to Jays tyres instead!!!

I wouldn’t recommend anyone going here first off he said he couldn’t do my wheels due to scratching and marking them told I’m I didn’t mind due to already being scratched but he then when to over tighten my wheel nuts which then stripped the thread due to them not having correct tools for the job they then called police as I refused to pay for the tyres they changed due to having to pay to get my car fixed else where over all really disappointed with how they dealt with the issue

Disgusting got 3 tyres from these people a year ago as I kept getting punctures, but this week i had a problem, took them to someone else, and found out all 3 tyres were dangerous, and out of date as wel l,if i had been stopped by the police, i would have been nicked, please avoid these con artists

AVOID IF YOU WANT YOUR CAR TO WORK.These people are scammers, they did not change the parts they have said they have changed. On top of that they use second hand parts that don’t fit and charge brand new prices. They used the wrong oil.They have completely spilled the ad-blue everywhere and anyone that knows about ad-blue knows it’s dangerous.I have taken to another mechanic who opened the car up in front of me and showed me all of their mistakes. Not only is it bad service, it is dangerous for your car. I would give 0 stars if possible

Rude and damaged my car too then said I should get fixed when they did the damage !people all saying same their tyres never last sonething strange going on there
