Hay’s Wood Retreat

Such a wonderful and pleasant place to stay and explore. Very peaceful accomodations. They are beautiful wooden cabins from the outside and inside it has got all facilities a house could offer you. The business is fairly new and they developed the accomodations without any flaws.You may sight deers , bunnies and lots of birds around and on the way to the place.The place is only accessible via car. I don't think it's public transport are available unless you are ready to walk for few miles.For every business, the success depends on the staff who work there. Hay's wood treat has got a good bunch of staff. They were always supportive, be it a chat or over on the phone or even in person. Thanks to the entire team for making our stay such a memorable one.I would highly recommend this to anyone who is looking for a peaceful accomodations to explore, work or for any group gatherings.(One of my worries while booking was the limited number of reviews on Google or in airbnb. I would assume it's because they are fairly new to the market. But don't worry they are good in all aspects. )Please note this is NOT a paid review. It's a genuine review after staying 2 nights at this location (booked via Airbnb) with a family of 8 ( including 4 kids) in October 2023.

We had an awesome stay at Haywood Retreat!! Lovely place, beautiful surroundings, helpful staff and very well kept modern cabins. We highly recommend!!!!

I recently stayed at Hayswood for a weekend with friends as apre-Xmas friends getaway. The facilities are beautiful and the surroundings are simply stunning. It is very peaceful and serene and I would highly recommend it to friends and family. The staff are fantastic, especially Mel at reception.

We just got back from a few nights at Hays Wood RetreatWhat a great location for a peaceful break.It’s a beautiful place, they do have some new units being built but this was no trouble. The kids loved it also.Less than 5 mins away is also an amazing place to visit, safari at Watatunga safari park. The tour was great on golf buggy and the kids loved it also.

Hays Wood Retreat- Perfect, it more than met our expectations, beautiful surroundings, the luxury lodges are very designed, spacious, contemporary, well equipped and spotlessly clean. Peaceful, tranquil surroundings, perfect for relaxing and spotting Wildlife. There are lots of walking trails. Great location as only 10 miles away from Sandringham Estate.

Visited last year and happily surprised by the quality, comfort and variety of the accommodation and meeting rooms. Excellent site team, future plans are also impressive. One thing lacking is I can’t find a website with details of directions, facilities in chalets (do they have iron and ironing board, bath towels, bed linen, cleaning items, etc). Can something be posted?

Difficult to find so please use post code and pictures for guidance. Lovely place 5* brand new so enjoy it whilst it last. I had a lovely stay.has a small gym and lots of open space. Good for weddings too.

We had a wonderful stay at Hay's Wood retreat. The cabin's are truly 5* and spotlessly clean, positively luxurious, good Wifi, wide screen TVs, two beautiful bathrooms (one on-suite) even in the two bedroom cabin, just breath taking! The surrounding grounds are beautiful, little details like the seating areas made from tree trunks add to the wow factor. We will definitely be planning a return visit!
