I contacted the blinds people on behalf of tenants in my flat. They then liaised with the tenants directly to arrange a date to go to the flat to repair the blinds. On every and all occasion they were excellent. They responded promptly and professionally to queries and all e mails. My tenants reported back that they were on time, courteous, professional and just fantastic. Service and quality of the work were excellent and they were warm and friendly too.

I am very happy to give a good review. Johnny and his mate came and repaired my 30 year old blinds, exactly as they described over the phone. They were friendly and efficient and saved me having to buy new. There was good and clear communication which is quite unusual these days!
