My wife and I went shopping for a new bed for our flat here and left with two new sofas and a king sized bed! We were helped by Keith Shepard both times we went in and his high level of knowledge and professionalism made the entire process so simple and hassle-free. We took our time considering what we wanted and he was very patient with us and didn't mind us trying out seven beds before we knew what we wanted. Once we bought the sofas he called us to let us know we were getting a free rug with them as well! We also bonded over being big Star Wars fans! Bought our sofa 7 weeks, recieved the call to say it was ready for delivery but were unable to book a date due to an error. Called the store who are impossible to get hold of, told the sofa would be delivered on Saturday and they would sort the error and call me, no call back couldn't get through to the store again so travelled 30 miles and still didn't fully resolve it, the store called me and confirmed the error is now sorted and it will be delivered on Saturday. I then called the distribution centre to confirm that no delivery date has been booked and the next available slot would be thursday.....spoke with the store manager and they are unable to do anything, can't bring the date forward and no actual solution offered. Was forced to sign the finance documents before this was resolved we have been conned just for an extra sale!

They have delivered a partially damaged chest of drawers. Very expensive one. We've been on the phone with them about 10 times, getting frustrated. 3 months later they delivered the wrong replacement. I am done asking. Since I am a marketer, I am going to build a landing page with an attractive lead magnet and pay for the traffic. I will create a great Anti-Furniture Village Campaign, find all unhappy customers and invite them to leave negative video reviews. Let's see how Furniture Village likes it when people fight back!

Great customer service by Keith Shepherd,From the moment we walked in looking for a new sofa, Keith made it so easy and stressless. We Didn't even have to fight for a better price for the sofa we liked.We also had two small children with us, which makes shopping for large buys like this a nightmare as were trying to focus whilst trying to keep them entertained.
