East Boldon Dental Surgery

I phoned them up 2wks ago complaining about toothache I was registered with there practice however the East boldon surgery and explained I didn't live in shields any longer they said not a problem we will get your paperwork srtd and you can come to this surgery the asked over the phone what my symptoms were I said toothache she asked if my gum was swollen up I said no 3 hours later she phoned back and said you have a infection in your gum I thought she was really good after not seeing me in person so she said you will need a course of antibiotics which I have finished so I rang them back and said the course of antibiotics are finished can I see the dentist she put me on hold for 5 min then said I'm sorry we arnt taken any more patients on at this moment and time. No wounder the country is in a mess when basically you have people in these places actually dnt know what's going on never mind what day it is psml

I'm so nervous when it comes to dentists, Mr White does everything to make sure you're taken care of. Always willing to fit you in at a moments notice when it's needed. All the staff are great! Very friendly.Surgery is located in a really nice area, clean and tidy.
