Bournes Funeral Service

Bournes were funeral directors for our family when my mother died recently. I have nothing but praise for them.From the very first contact the firm handled everything with supreme compassion and professionalism. Sophie was a complete star - we couldn't have asked for better. When we came into the office she allowed my dad time to grieve and talk, yet somehow managed to move us on with such skill that we never felt rushed or pressurised. Sophie was clear we could visit mum whenever we liked once she was in their care and she always responded quickly to our many questions. The two guys who brought mum to the crematorium on the day of the funeral were equally wonderful, one of them ringing the evening before to make sure we knew exactly what was going to happen.I would recommend Bournes unreservedly.
