Amazing family weekend here. It was epic. Great house. Felt at home there, would definitely go again!

Absolutely loved our visit here! Initially only coming to Bournemouth for the day, we was able to book a night here at very short notice. Very well kept and clean all throughout, spacious halls and entry. We only booked a compact double, but we were more than comfortable with the space and arrangement. Host was very warm and welcoming and served us a nice breakfast, too. Felt a little guilty food elsewhere the night before upset my appetite. Ideally located right by the Chime beach footpath, 15 minutes walk. Westbourne just 5 minutes walk. We loved our visit and will definitely try to book here first when we do come back. Prices were more than reasonable for what we got! Many thanks for a safe and comfy night.

Another lovely stay at The Cleveland. We stayed in the King suite which is beautifully decorated large room with a seating area, dressing table and a very comfortable large bed.The whole property is immaculately clean and comfortable, we particularly enjoyed having a drink from the bar in the residents lounge.Breakfast is great with a huge choice of hot and cold food.Last but certainly not least is the warm welcome from Matt and Lissane.

This is a great b&b and excellent value for money. The owners are very friendly, there is wifi in the rooms (big plus), as well as parking, delicious breakfasts, comfortable rooms, quiet location, and a pretty building. I felt very safe here (important as a lone female!).

Went for a family weekend in a group of 16 .The house is really good and clean and comfortable.Ideally situated for centre of town, close to shops and numerous eating places.

The service was very good and the room was tiny but lovely. I went there on my own. I paid for the room (£35) and a friend joined me after a couple of days. Obviously I let the owner know and he didn't mention any extra cost. I thought my friend was going to pay a couple of pounds more because of the breakfast as the price was for the room not per person. But eventually he charged my friend £100 letting me pay £65 per night for a really tiny room. Not really fair and professional.

Great place to stay.. Peaceful good night's sleep.. Great food.. Great staff always a. Pleasure to be here.. Rooms microscopically clean...
