Went into this place to buy school uniform and it was the worst experience ever! We had to return something as it was faulty (clip on tie) and the lady just about took it back after being rude and then said that they had none left, and told us to go to mansuri ( this was like 20 minutes till closing time). Will not shop there again, what a disgrace!

We were welcomed warmly into the shop after establishing we had booked an appt. The young ladies who assisted us were friendly, smiling and very helpful. When the blazer we wanted wasn't in stock they found one from another school to try on for size to ensure the correct fir before ordering in the one we needed. Stock was found quickly and everything we needed was brought to us. The appt system ensures you get full attention and it made for a pleasant shopping experience.Thank you to the young girls who so happily served us. Visit 9/7/22 @ 2.45pm

This is the second time I've used Clive marks for school uniform. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. It's July so the shop is very full of uniform but they know where everything is. One look and there'd sized him up quickly, fit first time.

Where do i start!!! Not the most welcoming shop and not a nice experience for my daughter starting yr7 one particular lady comes across rude and I'm still waiting for a order i placed in August, i really think the 5 star ratings on here are false!!! To all the parents who currently have yr6 pupils start getting your uniform early because Clive mark sheldon, never answer the phone!! Never have stock and never update on orders, i for one will never return for future uniform, i will use elsewhere in future.

I went to this store late on a Friday. I pleaded with a grey hair lady with glasses asian like me... i just need to pick up a parcel i stated from the door. I arrived at the door 4:29 obviously she had locked up i showed her my receipt from the door window and she just turning her neck and put her hand up in a very rude manner kind of like saying shooo away. She was so evil the way she handled this she could have atleast come to the door and seen my receipt or turned me away fron the door. I had come in traffic two days running and just couldnt make it on time. She didnt even come to the door to look at the receipt she could of told me but she just was so rude the way she threw her hand up and turned away was evil. So Sadly the next morning i saw her on Saturday morning and i asked why she didnt just ask or come to the door it was rude. Then she lies and says i called her evil in which i probably did when moving away from the door and going back to the otherside of the city i was upset she never came to the door and looked at the receipt she has no common curtsy for human beings im shocked. I bought my childrens uniform from m&s and other shops nevr had i ever experience this from any other shop or general customer services. Iv worked in schools and children lie but and old lady like her? Seriously. This shop in charge too much in general for items its like they add huge amounts on top. Im glad i got a refund because i will never go back to this awful customer service provided shop.

I have ordered my son's uniform here last October and one item still not ready after 9 months. Whenever I phone then or visit them they will say we will let you know. Today I called them, and they can't find me on the system. They want me to visit them with receipt ( which I have been doing for few times). I asked them if I can email the receipt but the lady answered the phone said, no it has to be in person. Unfortunately I can't go to any other store as this is the store school suggest. Is there any one I can go to get the uniform.

Great Service at the Sheldon branch. Sue and her colleague went above and beyond to help our daughters get ready for their new school. Would definitely recommend.

Well where do I start! The ladies here are just so lovely and totally amazing at what they do!We arrived with 3 excitable school girls all ready to try on their new year 7 uniforms. Sue and her colleagues were so patient knowledgeable and helpful and very welcoming. They advised us all on what sizes they needed and every piece of uniform they would need. Nothing was a problem for them and they went above and beyond to help with all of our needs. Thank you so much to all of you, would highly recommend exceptional service.
