Prestige Nursing & Care Blackpool

I am extremely happy with Prestige. They are providing an excellent caring service for my friend. At first I didn’t know just how much care/support my friend would need but Prestige have been able to adjust to the needs. They also keep me informed if the carers notice any change with my friend. I get excellent support and feedback from both the carers and Manager and Supervisors.

I was until last week a prestige client. If you or anyone you know are considering joining prestige I’d honestly look at alternative providers. I urge you not to join this company at Blackpool… They don’t have the sufficient carers to enable them to manage packages of care. If you are a carer I wouldn’t recommend this company to you as they don’t look after you…

My son and I have used many care companies in the area over the past 15 years and Prestige by far have met our needs. My son is on critical health care and care is crucial for us.Prestige have listened to my requests and met my sons needs. Continuity is one of the most important considerations which I find many companies ignore.They have recently taken on a new branch manager who I am pleased to say actually comes out and does a shift.
