I have ordered two dishwasher pumps (for detergent and for rinse aid) from the web-site but it turn out that these were only the front of the pump without the motor. In this case these were in no use for us, so we decided to turn them back. However their return policy is that they keep 25% for re-stocking fee as they call it. Unfortunately you cannot see that anywhere as their return policy page on their web-site is not working. The only thing that worked fine is that they delivered quickly.

We have purchased several items of equipment from this company and not had any problems with reliability.We received received a first class service & good advice to ensure we were making the right choices.Wayne LucasDirector
