A friend and I had the 45 pound package today and loved it. Friendly and professional. Didn't talk constantly wich we have had before elsewhere making it hard to relax. The hot towel was mind melting. Would definitely use again. Bargain for all that you get. Pressure was perfect and head message was great. X

I got a spray tan for my daughters graduation, and loved it. I had a lovely healthy glow, which helped me to feel more confident. Friendly, relaxed, with lots of giggles, when the cold spray hit me, but very professional. Highly recommend!

I had to give this one star but I really wanted to give zero stars. I had booked 2 x massages (mobile) for my mother and me. I gave precise directions to our house but Diane used sat nav and then couldn’t find us. I tried to help her find us but she refused to communicate and just left us waiting and wondering if she would turn up. She didn’t. I find this highly unprofessional and dreadful service that she did not even have the decency to let me know what is going on. Such appalling behaviour. My mother has 2 life-limiting conditions and was really looking forward to her treatment. Now I have a very upset and bewildered 92 year-old but I’ll find a PROFESSIONAL service where she is treated with respect and dignity.

I’ve been using Diane for years now, and she’s soo good! Wouldn’t pick anyone else!!! Now she has a salon too it’s beautiful to go too! She will chat away or let you sleep depending what mood your in, and always gets all the knots out :)
