I picked up my new car from Priests yesterday and couldn't be happier with the service I have received throughout. James was particularly helpful, as was his colleague Dominic. It was especially good because I am 50+ and handled everything myself, which we all know can mean being dealt with differently to a male customer, but this was not the case at all with Priests.Highly recommended for professional and courteous service from start to finish.

A truly disappointing experience with a company that potentially had so many positives. We enquired about purchasing a vehicle from this company. Initially talks were fairly positive. The agent attempted to get a small reduction on price. They said they’d email confirmation of visit and the best price to me. That evening I had to call to check where the email was. “Must have got lost in cyberspace” was the reply. They hadn’t attempted to contact us back at all. Finally got the necessary information on price and were all set to visit the next day with every intention to purchase if the car matched the description.Moments before we were due to set off on our journey to view the car we had a call from the agent telling us they had taking a deposit on the car. I asked why we weren’t asked to pay a deposit when we showed a keen interest to purchase the car. Agent explained he was unaware another agent had a conflicting appointment which is why he didn’t ask.A really negative that could have been so positive if the communication all round was better. Instead we are naturally left disappointed with the experience.

Outstanding customer service. Booked online initially for an MOT and essential service for my car, and even though there were some details that needed sorting, everything got straightened out via a quick call with an extremely polite employee.The team called up with an update during the service and an comprehensive video of the the completed checks.Definitely will be using their services in the future and recommend!

I recently bought an approved used Ford from Priests and can't recommend them highly enough and I'm really pleased with my purchase.I had been to multiple other dealers in my search for the car I wanted but nothing came close to Priests for both the excellent service and the competitive price I was looking for. There was no pressured sales tactics or other such stereotypes, just a pleasure to deal with.I'll be taking my new car there for the regular servicing when the time comes, without question.Special thanks to Calum for getting it all sorted and to James who I initially dealt with when I first came in.

Absolutely fantastic service by Priests Ford.Calum was extremely professional and so helpful when I purchased a new car that I had seen online and the attention to detail and updates I received from him was very reassuring, nothing was to much trouble. There was a few stone chips on the bonnet and driver door of the car I purchased and Calum ensured they were resprayed before I collected.I do not live local but will definitely drive that extra distance to purchase another car from Priests as the service I received was excellent and so worth it. I highly recommend purchasing your next car from Priests Ford.

This is the second occasion we have used this company.We have found them to be very good and helpful.James in particular is really professional and very good at communicating making the process very smooth.I run several company vans and use another dealer who are nowhere near as professional or helpful.If they dealt with vans I would not hesitate to use them for all our needs.
