Water Features 2 Go

I bought a solar powered stainless steel ‘sphere’ water feature for a present. It only works for a maximum of 3 hours at a time (even though it has a solar panel and re chargeable batteries installed) It doesn’t say this anywhere on the product description on the website that this is the case. For nearly £300 I would have expected far better quality and certainly wouldn’t purchase from them again.

Purchased this water feature loved it, but now all corroded and unusable, contacted company for a replacement as still under warranty. I was told not covered under warranty as been left outside and suffered frost damage, absolute joke, what outdoor water feature can't be left outside. Trading standards contacted, not fit for purpose!!!

I ordered and paid for the Granite Yin Yan water feature in July 2021. Didn't get delivery until October ( probably legitimate covid delays) No stones arrived with the feature. No instructions at all with the feature. Wrong pump hoses delivered, it took a few weeks and several e-mails with a further wrong size of hoses before this was sorted.Still no sign of the stones after almost a year despite me chasing up with support. After getting fed up about 9 months and could source stones elsewhere, I was advised that i could not get a refund for the £50 they charge for the stones on their website, because they were a complimentary item !! I thought I was doing them a favour as this would have saved them the cost of delivery to me.I am unable to find a complaints link or any contact details for any management on the internet, eventually found that they are registered as DIY 2 Go with companies house. No contact details available there. I would have liked to complain to Nicola Suzanne Windas or any other family member to let them know about my experience & what I thought of their useless condescending support team. I would advise staying well clear of this company.The link on their website of 5 star google reviews is false, take a true look & also on trust pilot and you will see the true amount of dissatisfaction from customers.Grrr - A very disappointed ex-customer !!

Very helpful staff, sending photos of the water feature before we bought it. The feature arrived on time and is exactly as described. Very pleased with the company and our purchase.

New water fearure arrived well packaged and undamaged, unfortunatly there was a fault on it but after contacting Water Features 2Go the problem was resolved within 2 days, excellent customer service by the company ( thank you Louise ). Bought the feature for my partners birthday and she is over the moon with it.

Terrible company. Product fails within 2 year warranty and they tell you to put silicone on it . Absolute jokers. Avoid these scammers

Absolute worst kind of company to deal with. Product failed with a year. Contacted them under the 2 year warranty. Not interested. Now reported to trading standards. Avoid these clowns.

You are an utter joke of a company, constant lies about delivery when a product is in stock and says 2 day delivery been waiting a month now. Been lied to that’s it’s at the depot to then be told that you have t got the grids on stock. Was called about delivery today and lo and behold it hasn’t turned up. Joke company don’t use them

Waterfeatrues2go is the worst company I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Having spent over £700 on a water feature just prior to the first lockdown in 2020, we discovered that the metal finish was damaged when we eventually unpacked it to have it fitted during the summer after lockdown. Due to it’s position, the damage could only have occurred during the manufacturing process. We were told by the company that since we had bought it several months earlier they would not replace or repair it!We had no choice but to keep the water feature since it had cost so much money and we had it professionally installed during last summer. This February the water pump failed. We returned the pump to the company (at our own expense) since it was within the 12 month warranty period. We were told that since the wire had been cut and the plug removed - the warranty was void.We had had the water feature professionally installed and the power cord jointed within an epoxy joint - the only way the installation could work. The only option to remove the failed pump was to cut the wire. The managing director/owner of the company has failed to reply to my correspondence. The water feature is unfit for purpose.I have found this company to be totally disreputable. I would never give them my business in the future.

Product failed within a few months. Sold with 2 year warranty. Tried to return it but they refused. Water feature has perished and is now leaking. Told me to put some silicone on it ! Absolutely disgraceful products and customer service. Avoid these clowns
