Sarah and the Digby's Team are just wonderful. Sarah came highly recommended in the community as she has a history working with rescues. When we adopted our dog (Bob) three years ago he arrived matted, dirty and generally in a shabby state. Sarah made him feel comfortable and took the time to ensure that he had a solo booking enabling him to have the space he needed. Three years on she has provided MORE than just a great grooming service, she's a wealth of knowledge and Bob always pulls to go in to her salon, even when simply on the evening walk.

Sarah’s care and compassion towards all dogs in her care is second to none. She is a highly skilled groomer and always does what’s best for the pooches. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending her.

Buddy had his first groom at Digbys today, fantastic experience. So friendly, professional and listened to what I wanted too. Buddy came home happy and looking (and smelling) fabulous! Will be back in a month!

Brought our dog home to find bald patches and uneven cut. No graduation between the shaved areas and long areas and one side of her neck has long hair while the other is practically bald. Nails not even looked at. Looks a mess. Very upset and disappointed. Will not be back!

Been taking my cockerpoo Alfie to digbys for at least 2 years or so. Alfie loves going there. His haircut has always been excellent and the service is so good. Highly recomended.

Compared to the rest of East Grinstead, the place is epic !! Buddy came back trimmed & conditioned - we have a new cavapoo puppy and are delighted with first results, professional & will be back again :-)

We brought our 7 month old yorkie, Pluto, in today and we were worried as it was his first time at the groomers but the staff were lovely with him and assured us everything would be fine. He came back to us with a fresh trim looking very posh and smelling lovely!! definitely recommend and thank you to the staff who took great care of him xx

Excellent service, went in to have our dogs harnesses checked as we thought they needed replacing, she checked our dogs carefully and said that the harnesses were fine and didn’t need replacing. Very helpful indeed and saved us from replacing the harnesses. Highly Recommended
