OWS supply a professional and friendly service, from the office staff through to the delivery drivers they are always chatty, cheerful and will always help you in anyway that they can. In the summer we ran out of water and after just one phone call we had an extra delivery organised for the following morning.

We contacted OWS when looking to get a water cooler for the office. They were all very helpful and a pleasure to deal with. Very friendly and always seemed keen to help. They came to deliver within a few days and again, the gentleman who delivered it was very friendly. We have already placed another water order only a week on as it has gone down so well in the office! If we could give higher than 5 * we would.

Been using OWS for many years now for our company & the service is second to none. Paul & the guys literally bend over backwards for our needs. We have several water coolers between two buildings (about 1500 employees) & he will even try to accommodate our needs in an emergency, even if Steve the technician is not in our area that particular day.I would highly recommend OWS, so give them a try :)

I've been using OWS for several years now so that my staff always have a good supply of chilled drinking water. Steve or Paul comes every two weeks to replenish supply and are always cheerful. The best thing for me is I don't have to worry about it, it's all done for me. Thoroughly reccomend OWS to anyone in the market for chilled water.

Really impressed by OWS, from my initial inquiry to after installation - the team are knowledgeable, friendly and helpful (bearing in mind I didn’t really know what I was looking for - they were so helpful with advice and questions to find my business the right products). The water coolers look sleek and fit in perfectly in their locations at Energise Pentney Health Club & Day Spa. Brilliant seamless install too. Very happy customer, and would highly recommend.

Having had trouble with previous water cooler companies I was relieved to find local and family run OWS. Very happy with the service from the first call on Thursday to the installation on the following Monday. Good and quick communication and given concise instructions on how to load the machine (from underneath rather than the traditional top loaded!). So far so good. Thank you very much. Five stars, recommended
