What a lovely, warm, and inviting atmosphere. Spent a couple of days here (again) trying to find the perfect guitar. Tried out so many acoustic guitars. Special thanks to Iwan and Nile for helping me transition from a 00-18 to HD28. The guitar wasn’t available in Camden at first but was shipped the very next day on request.

What an excellent place to buy a guitar! Only went in to browse and ended up buying a guitar, case, strap and strings.The team are so knowledgeable, enthusiastic and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. We were left alone to try the guitars and offered advice but there was no hard sell. Definitely a great place with great prices and great people.

The service was excellent. The guitar selection is wonderful but if you're looking for something they don't have in the store, they will work with you regarding ordering it. Very helpful, and relaxed vibe.

Nice look, nice guitars but whoever the long haired dude working the shop floor is, he ruined the whole experience and cost them sale. (Sorry to the lovely helpful girl behind the counter who will have lost her commission because of him).

I can safely say someone looking for a guitar, particularly a Gibson player will love the selection available to them, beautiful instruments even if they have 2 strings too many for my liking!The bass selection is a little lacking when it comes to the display stock, however this is where the staff shine.They're very good at showing what can be ordered in for you, if you know what you're looking for you may suddenly find yourself looking at a new custom Steve DiGiorgio bass and putting down an advance 10% deposit, with ideas of playing songs from Death or Testament taking root along with news that Geddy Lee is doing a book tour shortly.So yes, go in and talk to the staff. You'll leave at least with better knowledge of what instrument you want to buy.

I went to the store to try out a guitar amp I'm considering buying. They were very accommodating and asked me what guitar I wanted to try with it, and set me up with the guitar and amp in a private demo room to try at my luxury. They allowed me to take my time with it which I really appreciated. Great service and very helpful sales people.

Went in for a new guitar. Didn't really know what I wanted but needed to explore a few options. Great stock choices, demo room and help from all the colleagues there. Heartily recommended.
