Very good and trustworthy service. I was first a little worried just giving my jewellery away but my mind was put at ease with insurance and also meeting Francis in person. They managed to resize my ring on the same day and drop it back off. Would absolutely use them again and recommend to friends

This is a very belated review but does mean I can attest to the quality of Francis's excellent work. He replaced a couple of stones in my vintage wedding ring that had fallen out within weeks of getting married, and made the whole ring much more durable. It's been almost six months and I'm very chuffed that all of the stones remain very much in place. He provided a very prompt service at a reasonable cost and I'd thoroughly recommend him – thanks very much!

We had two platinum wedding bands to get polished for the first time in a few years. One of the rings also lost a diamond, so we decided to take a leap of faith and reach out to Francis to get them polished and fixed. It was a great decision, he came over personally to collect them and, a few days later, brought them back. They look brand new now and we’re very satisfied with the service overall. Great communication, professional and punctual. Recommended!

Highly recommended. I am very happy and grateful for Francis service. I have a tanzanite ring with three stones which one of them fell. He replaced it and managed to find a stone with the exact tanzanite it had before. Couldn’t be happier.
