MG Cheshire Oaks

Went to M.G. Today to pre order our next car, both myself and my wife were taken care of by Ash and Jason and were made to feel totally relaxed from the moment we walked in.We were offered Coffee as soon as we arrived and nothing seemed to much trouble for these two young men.We were shown our new vehicle offered a test drive and slowly walked through the paperwork that had to be completed. Curtesy and customer service was second to none and I would fully recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a New Car no pushy salesman ship just caring polite young men happy to help Excellent service people well worth taking a look highly recommended this place for a pain free experience when looking for a new Car thank you both Ash and Jason.

Picked up my new MG4 today. The whole experience from ordering to collect the car was a simple affair thanks to the saleman, Rob Joseph.13-Nov-23On 27-9-23 I reported a fault on the drivers side indicator and was told that a new unit was required. As of now, the unit still has not arrived from China and I just keep being told that it is on back order with no set delivery date. This issue has obviously soured the whole MG experience for me. I have had to submit a complaint the MG customer services to hopefully get things moving.

I have to say, Cheshire Oaks was a breath of fresh air. I came to them in November, fresh from a rather stressful experience of my brand new MG falling off the back of a transporter outside my local dealership, and I unfortunately mean that literally. Having seen the aftermath, the car was totally obliterated. There was no apology for the situation, no offer to find me an alternative car, just a We can't really assist you

Great experience at MG Cheshire Oaks. Greeted with a smile and Craig was superb.Walked in to test drive 3 different MG models and the whole process was so smooth and easy! I felt very well looked after and tested the MG4, MG ZS EV and MG HS.Craig took us through all the spec and differences of each model.Very knowledgeable guy and polite and helpful.I wish there's more sales guy like Craig!He took the time to understand our needs and what we require and triple checked that we are happy with the car we chose and there was no pressure sale at all.He told us to take our time to consider and review which model that we want etc.Excellent service! So glad to have met Craig :)

Have just picked our motability car up from Rob at MG Cheshire Oaks and we’re so impressed with his handling of our choice of vehicle. Amiable, professional and down to earth. I recently came in to view the MG ZS to upgrade my current car. As soon as we came in, we were not bombarded by a salesperson approaching us, which was great to experience after being in different garages!From then, we spoke with both Craig and Ash and they were both great over the few weeks we were in discussions and all phone calls, in person and email!We have since bought the MG ZS and we're very happy with the car and experience we received, so much that we're already in discussions with Craig and Ash to look for a second car.Highly recommend the garage and both Craig and Ash!

I have had a Motability car for some years, I have gone from Vauxhall to BMW.I thought I would take a look at MG at Cheshire Oaks after seeing a car I liked on an advert.My husband and I on arrival were so surprised as we were greeted in a warm and friendly manner and left to look around leisurely and not badgered about which car we were after.Our Sales Executive James Owen who assisted us after we seen the car we wanted, was absolutely lovely, he was so professional and explained everything we needed to know about the MG Trophy.Throughout the process of ordering to the sale of the car James was fantastic, he kept in touch, and always took our calls.James Owen on each occasion was so smartly dressed it was a pleasure being at MG, I believe after our experience MG will be the place for us in the future.Thank You MGTerryIrene

A big thank you to Ash who was fantastic and went the extra mile to find me just the right car. He was so friendly and professional and made me feel like I was important to him as his customer.I was nervous and excited about having this new car and Ash explained everything so well. He even had the car under a cover in the showroom and did a reveal for me which I video'd. An excellent experience.
