Victoria Road Post Office

Really helpful post office with good customer service and humans instead of self service machines that are unable to offer this service and are slower.

Really impressed with how kind and helpful the staff at this branch are. I have been on a few occasions now and anyone I have interacted with has been very patient and nice. Keep up the great work, it means more than you know.

The two chaps who work in this Post Office are knowledgeable, polite and professional. There is rarely a long queue - just pick your time. They sorted out our passports with no hiccups whatsoever.

Visited this post office to get my passport renewed digitally. Was able to get my passport photo taken there which saved me time. Great service and friendly staff.

Brilliant service, did my passport straight away with a smile, very friendly and helpful, 3rd time lucky going to the right post office. One in town in wh smith wasn't helpful, and you have to wait two months for help with your passport, they also had no passport forms left.

They can't accept euro coins to exchange in sterling.

The postmaster here is an absolute star. Super freindly, efficient and knowledgeable. Sorted by driving licence renewal problem this morning a matter of minutes. Thank you.

I visited this post office to renew my photo driving licence ID. I had the my reminder letter with me but i didn't have my drivers licence as I'd misplaced it, i didn't think this was an issue as it states on the letter to explain if you cannot produce it to which i did. The two blokes behind the tills were insistent on the fact i needed it and wouldn't let me renew without it, this made me feel extremely uncomfortable. I decided to go to the post office in the town centre and suprise, suprise, it wasn't an issue, my photo id was renewed there and then without my drivers licence. Why were they so insistent on having my drivers licence? Use with caution if you hand over your ID for them to take away!!!

Extremely helpful and friendly staff. I renewed both my passport and driving licence here and the gentleman who served me couldn't have been more efficient. Would highly recommend.
