Phoned up to order some parts on saturday, spent 18 minutes on hold for someone to then pick the phone up and put it straight down. While it was nearing 12 noon when they eventually picked up the phone, which I appreciate was nearing the closing time, they could have at least said hello and taken my name & number to call me back on Monday. To just put the phone down on someone who was looking to order £200+ worth of parts is rude, unprofessional and not particularly good for business as I've now ordered the parts from someone else...

I went with my husband to cars2 Hyundai Wakefield to test drive a Bayon with the motability scheme. Ben was really helpful and professional. He wasn't at all pushy. We ordered the car and he was very knowledgeable about the process with motability. The whole ordering process was made stress free by Ben and we would like to thank him. Role on collecting our car.

I recently upgraded to a new Seat Ateca, having seen online the very good leasing deals available. I have taken my previous Seats there for several years for my servicing needs, but this was the first time I have bought a car from them. Although things had to be done mostly remotely, Craig at Seat was very helpful, friendly and professional throughout, and even went the extra mile, to check that, as a driving instructor, dual controls could be fitted to this particular model. Cheers Craig. I would definitely recommend.
