Stopped here for lunch on a Sunday, ordered the ploughman's and a cream tea. Ploughman's is served all separate on a cheeseboard, the bread was FRESH and everything was tasty. The scone is huge! The only down side was we ate outside and attracted a couple of hungry bees that attacked the jam and pickles. However owing to the one day it didn't rain during our stay and the brilliant opera singing outside the Abbey we were determined to remain outside to soak up Bath and ignore the bees!!

So lucky to have found a table here for brunch. Lovely relaxed atmosphere after the hustle and bustle of the Christmas market. Staff were so friendly and efficient despite being busy. We had delicious scrambled eggs x 2 and a sausage baguette. Teapots came with a pot of extra hot water. Great stuff.

lovely afternoon tea! i thoroughly enjoyed everything. the clotted cream and strawberry jam with the scones were particularly delicious! the cake contained something i was allergic to and the waiter was very accommodating and swapped it out with something else no problem. cute interior that was nicely decorated for christmas.

A very pretty scenic tearoom, had some beautiful little features like the art work on the wall and the cabinets filled with old tea cups and saucers.Unfortunately we had to wait over 20 minutes for our order of just 1 scone and 1 slice of chocolate cake and we could see others receiving their orders before us. Also overheard 2 others complain they had to wait so long for their food orders they had to leave. Perhaps we happened to visit them on one of their off days...

Lovely spot, fairly busy dressing outside and inside, old building. Good selection. Nice ploughman's lunch.

Found by chance whilst wandering around the Christmas Market and what a little gem. Tables were continually occupied, the food was really good, well presented and sensibly priced. Last but not least, the young staff were both friendly and helpful.

The Roman bath tea rooms were full so I popped into here and I thought it was equally as good. The environment is a classic house which adds to the vintage feel. The ladies in charge of service were super kind and friendly. I personally had a great time

Nice little place. We decided to have lunch on Sunday. Went for jacket with cheese and my other half went for homemade lasagna. Food was nice but we were not wowed , just average. I had a cream tea too and scone was delicious with the clotted cream and jam.Service was nice and quick despite being busy.

The staff were friendly and the food arrived quickly, was well prepared and tasted fine. The size of the place did mean it felt rather crowded - with the adjoining table having two upset small children and nappy changes taking place in-situ, the dining experience was unfortunately somewhat stressful.
