I bought a used unlocked iPhone recently as I had damaged mine and needed a phone urgently, unfortunately it wouldn’t accept my BT sim card, I telephoned as the shop was closing (this was a Saturday) and the guy stayed at the shop and waited for me to return to exchange for an alternative phone that did accept my sim, very happy with the service so I returned this week with my sons damaged IPhone, they replaced the battery and shattered back screen and did an amazing job and even changed the cracked glass screen protector on my own phone when I went to pick up my sons phone there and then, fantastic customer service and great staff, highly recommend.

Brilliant phone shop and amazing team, never had a problem with all phones that have been repaired. 10/10 recommend to family and friends.

If you need any help with our phone or laptop this is the place to go. Tucked down Sagar Street in Castleford is a gem of a place. The service there is second to none, nothing is too much trouble for them. I went in with questions and they were happy to spend the time explaining things to me. I was so impressed, they found me the correct cable I needed and gave me options and advice on which one to purchase. Really happy!I am also in the market for a new laptop well actually a refurbished one which their speciality. Riz took time to find out prices and wrote them down, no hard sell he just told me to do some research before making a decision. How is that for service.I've been before and had my laptop repaired, fixed in no time and at a fair price. So if you need good service and want a company that is invested in their customers this is the place.

Great service as always I now live in Leeds but will still use these guys rang today about my iPhone 13 with swollen battery advised me straight away that it was dangerous I took the phone to them and they were kind enough to give me a loan phone till mine is repaired tomorrow so I could still contact people which is just amazing wouldn't go anywhere else with my phone issues and neither would my family thankyou for helping me customer service top notch as always x

More bothered about iPhone than Samsung so couldn’t help when I needed it
