Went into Fraser hart in Chelmsford today, on the hunt for a new wedding band. We were greeted by Sean. We gave him a few ideas of the rings we liked and he got a fantastic selection and explained in great detail the differences between each ring. He listened to our ideas and brought out a ring that surprised us. We absolutely loved it and that's the ring we chose. We couldn't recommend Sean enough. He was extremely professional and knew exactly what he was talking about! If we could rate higher than 5 stars, we definitely would!

An important part of any shopping experience is the professionalism of the staff and the after sales service when there is a problem.I had an issue with setting the time on my multi-function watch, which I could not easily resolve myself. I spoke to the manager, Sam Rearden, who was more than happy to help. He spent a considerable amount of time and patience in order to reset the various functions accurately for me. He also searched the Internet and found a simplified set of instructions that he kindly printed off for my future use.Thank you, Sam. A well-deserved 5 stars!

Amy at the Chelmsford store was absolutely amazing when we got our wedding rings. She was super friendly and so helpful, did everything with care and made sure we tried on all options so we got exactly what we wanted whilst baring in mind our budget. Would definitely come again. Thank you Amy!

Good buying experience here, for a particular watch I was looking for. The salesperson (Sean) although young was very knowledgeable. Not only that, but he pointed out a sale price that was not advertised as such; offered me a free gift, and I was even offered refreshments. Recommended.

Sean in Chelmsford was so helpful and so lovely. Helped us make our decision with ease and honestly couldn’t have had a better experience picking our wedding rings. A delightful experience with engaging staff. It is like shopping at Tiffany's (bar the champagne on purchase!). The staff are very interested in helping their customers and fitting jewelry to the needs of the customer. As one who frequents jewelers, I was highly impressed. I walked out with this Cross, a beautiful symbol of my faith. The store also boasts an impressive display of timepieces for customers looking to purchase a watch. 5/5 Well deserved!
